Jede Frau hier hat zwei Gefährten.
Nur ich nicht. Darauf stehe ich einfach nicht.
Zwei Männer in deinem Haus, in deiner Küche, in deinem Bett …

This is a well written shifter romance with strong characters and an interesting story line. The author brings a slow burn romance with a bit of suspense ,drama and intrigue. The scenes are painted perfectly and the story moves quickly and smoothly. I enjoyed reading their story.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.

A great addition to the Double Desert Shifters series. You can enjoy this book even if you haven't read the others in the series (though you really should read those!). This book is about Cora, Dan, and newcomer Jake. Cora and Dan have known each other all their lives but it wasn't until recently that they have felt an attraction to the other. Dan is the storyteller of the pack and is working with the dragons Terrence and Duncan to start writing plays about the history of Moonstone. They have built a beautiful amphitheater and Dan hopes to be able to bring his plays to life for the pack. He has never written a play before and has only the faintest idea of how to start. If he could only stop getting distracted by Cora. The dragons tell him to take his chance and ask her out or he will never be able to concentrate.

Cora has always liked Dan but she has started to become much more aware of him as a possible mate. Even though the Moonstone pack has a custom of one woman and two men matings, she is pretty sure that is not for her. No matter how many times Lexi tells her she will like it when she tries it, Cora is not even sure she wants one man around much less two. When she accepts Dan's invitation to join him for a picnic in the desert, she is excited to tell Lexi all about it. While she is at the farm talking to Lexi she sees a man who she is immediately attracted to. Jake is at the farm to learn all he can about sustainable farming methods and has no idea that Moonstone is located nearby. He plans to write an article about his time at the farm, but his big dream is to find the elusive Moonstone and make his name revealing its actual location - if it really does exist.

Enjoy the story. Love, betrayal, hot loving - this one has some of everything. I was given a copy of this book by the author. My review is voluntary.

Fantabulous!!!!! Cora, Dan and Jake are a great threesome.... a slow burn romance and a love at first sight deal! Cora views outsiders in a bad light, understandably because of her fathers, but sometimes an outsider or outside the box view is exactly whats needed to help you reach your goals and or happiness! In this case she got both but had a hard time getting to that place. Dan knew it but at first not knowing if there was another he, the traditionalist, was confused on how to proceed. Once he meets Jake, he knows and plows forward from there. Jake, the outsider, doesn't know the tradition at Moonstone and is kinda ok with the threesome but at the same time a lot confused with the idea. After his blunder in front of Cora, then being dragged to the dragons to explain.... they give a bit of explanation on their part and everything falls into place for Jake. He realizes what he's done, how he needs to fix, and ends up at Dan's because he wants to explain to him...Dan makes him go to Cora to explain to her... from there the romance explodes as all 3 realize it was meant to be! Going forward, everything is explained, understood and accepted and now all is bliss! Loved it and am waiting for the next story to be told! Moonstone would be an awesome place to live or visit!!!
I receive this book as an ARC in exchange for my review.... hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Moonstone is a very unique shifter compound in the desert. If you’ve read the previous books you know that outsiders attacked them in the past. Cora is very distrustful of outsiders because of that and wants to protect Moonstone and its residents. So what is she to do when she is attracted to Dan who is a lifelong friend and then later to a newcomer that is staying at the farm outside of Moonstone.
Challenges lie ahead for the trio and betrayal is painful. Priorities will have to change before they can all be mated together. I had mixed feelings about the characters. At times they were likable and at times they irritated me. I also wish their animals would have talked to them and went on about recognizing their mate. I also wish their animals would have played a role in the story. I missed that aspect of a shifter story.

this is another fun addition to this series All set in Moonrise where the norm is two mates for every female A town that has been persecuted in the past but now give refuge to shifters

Cora is a long time resident of Moonrise and is very protective of it The only thing she hates about the town is the two mates that seem to be the norm she couldn't even handle having one male in her home So what happens when her feelings for her best friend Dan begin to change and then newcomer Jake is thrown into the mix Can these three work out a compromise where they begin to trust one another You will have to read to see

This was a fun addition to this series, Cora really struggles with the outside world and it showed in her story being told. But she had reason to be.
But no matter how much she fought against it she could not fight the attraction she felt for either of these guys.
She has a very outstanding job protecting Moonstone but in the end it was her own heart she fought to protect.
You don't see as much of the shifter side of things in this story but you do hear about Moonstones history.
I really enjoyed this story as I have the whole series so far.

I am leaving my honest opinion as I received a copy of this to read.

Cora wasn't looking for a mate, let alone two but what's a girl to do? Cora doesn't trust outsiders because they have attacked Moonstone in the past. But she's attracted to her life-long friend but so far has never considered more than friendship. Then a newcomer staying at the farm outside Moonstone catches her eye.

Could this work, could the three of them be mates, their road isn't going to be easy, adjustments will need to be made and priorities will need to change if they are to be mated together but could it work?

The characters were well-drawn but their personalities seemed to change from nice to not so nice and back again.

We continue our exploration of the Moonstone pack, with Cora who work as a security officer and friends. It is a real pleasure to read about this series that is set in a city full of dragons and a few wolves , I really love the friendship of Cora, Dan & Jake. Misunderstandings play a big part in this story, you will definitely be entertained to see what will happened next, how their relationship will developed. You will absolutely love discovering their city with all their characters, you must read all the other books in the series, I highly recommended it, can’t wait for more.
I received and ARC and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Storyteller

My Two Beasts is book eight in the series Double Desert Shifters by author Mia Wolf. Entertaining tale of secrets and fate. One is an outsider looking for answers- one is a storyteller of Moonstones history, one has lost so much because of others trust. Coming together even with all the obstacles is truly an amazing tale.
Enjoy!!

2 different types of men

Both of her fathers were killed when moonstone was attacked. One is a story teller of the community and the other a reporter searching for the fabel community. She did security and didn't trust outsiders, feeling were changing for the two that lived there and the reporter instant attraction. It took some doing Dan knew that the 3 are a family and worked hard for for it.

My Two Beasts: A Paranormal Menage Romance

This was the least of the stories that I liked in this series. The characters, with the exception of Dan,were difficult to like. Luke was naive but Cora was really difficult to sympathize with. I didn't like her or the slapdash way she was written.

Cora wasn’t sure that she wanted a mate, let alone two. But the call of the mating song may be just too strong. Interesting story, great characters, and fun storyline. I voluntarily reviewed a free advance reader copy of this book and gave my honest opinion.

Mia and Dan and Jake

This is a good, well written shifter romance. Although the other shifter side of them is evident, they are not seen. Mia is struggling with the death of her fathers and it causes problems with her interactions with others, especially outsiders. Read and enjoy.

Good series, fast read!

Enjoyed reading the series each story was different enough to hold your interest. The stories had just enough romance and sex to keep the reader turning the page. I would read the author again.

😍😍😍😍😍

Trouble has arrived at Moonstone in more ways than one. A new arrival to the sustainability farm may be more than what he has revealed and definitely NOT in a good way!
