I have this journal and it has become a well-loved and well-looked-forward-to part of my night routine! the prompts are literally in the title, what was the best and worst part of your day, and what were you most grateful for about your day? nothing more, nothing less, these prompts are updated so there is no pressure if you miss a night. I think it is also the perfect size, I enjoy the colors and font, and included are some motivational quotes. It's a cute simple journal, but also has provided a platform for a wonderful habit, and really helps me reflect and romanticize my day-to-day life.

This one wasn't entirely for me. This book really is for people who have no longer than 5 minutes to spend on themselves and don't care if the book is overly simplified and plain. I did however like the simple illustrations and pops of colour here and there, but this just wasn't anything special for me personally.

I also don't love use of the word "worst" each day, it just doesn't sit well with me or create the right energy. I would much prefer the wording to be something like "a challenge I overcame today".
