A must read!

A must read for those who are serious about ditching the “diet” world and really want to learn how to make healthy living a lifestyle.

As a fellow dietitian, I can't recommend The Optimized Life enough. I love the authors personal anecdotes, client stories and reference to evidence-based nutrition without being too "science-y."
