I enjoyed reading this book, mutli dimension insights from 24 different international CX practitioners. I recommended reading it. I give 4 insted of 5 because not all articles shared was on the same level (few of them were not informative) but others were inspiring indeed.

The book will introduce you to prationiers which you most follow to learn more about thier contribution on this field
