This book is probably most useful for people who think they might want to start a business, but aren't really sure. It's a general overview that gets a bit scattered because it covers so many topics without going into much detail on any of them. If you already own a business or are familiar with the entrepreneurial ecosystem, it's too simplified, though you might still get a few useful nuggets out of it. I enjoyed the section on ideation the most - it had some good exercises to boost your creativity. The testing section also had some good questions to consider, and there is a useful list of resources in the back.
