Another gorgeous cover from Boom! Studios. Another great issue in this series. I am loving how everything progresses and seeing common occurrences and themes as I continue to read Frank Herbert's original series (I'm on God Emperor of Dune now). My favorite subplot is with Duncan Idaho, but I love all of these stories and threads. Oh, I just realized as I'm writing this that we didn't have any scenes with Liet Kynes in them. Well, hopefully #7 will bring him back. His subplot is another favorite of mine. I can't wait to see how this story continues, especially with that surprising twist involving Reverend Mother Gaius Helen Mohiam's baby...

Duncan Idaho is my favourite character after finishing Dune. Reading about his backstory made me so happy because he deserves the world

This is some good sci-fi. Classic Dune sci-fi. Brings back memories of me reading the first Dune books YEARS ago! I am really getting into this series. Love the art and the story. Duncan Idaho has always been one of my favorite fictional characters. Enjoying his back-story/origin.

The Ixian revolt and betrayal segment was well-paced and illustrated. When that was over, the illustrations got weird, hazy and a bit rushed at times.

Great Read

I enjoyed this book very much. The animation bought the characters and ongoing story of House Atreides to life very well.
