Only ok

This book is only ok. Most of the issues surrounding the fact that either the author is EXTREMELY young or English is not their first language. And the book needs an editor. There is no way an editor or even Microsoft Word doesn’t know how to spell the word main. Literally every single time you see the word main it is misspelled. And if you are one of those people who can’t stand the inappropriate use of the words their, there, and they’re you are going to want to skip this book. As for the story itself it is a mafia trope with some interesting changes but mostly predictable. Although I will say, I didn’t pick the right person to be the rat. Neither did Ciro.

Lots of sex scenes, some romance and some drama. Not bad and I will read book two so I can follow the story. It was interesting reading about the different mobsters.

“This was always our destiny. We’re mafia princesses.”

Mia tried to escape the mafia life, but it caught up to her. Now forced to marry a deadly man, she must try to survive until she can plot her escape.
Let me start by saying the mafia tropes aren’t really my favourite but I went into this one with an open mind. The story was good. I actually didn’t mind the mafia side of that story. Without revealing too much, I must say I really enjoyed that “twist”. I only wished that Mia and Ciro had more of a “romantic” chemistry. They lusted after each other that much is clear. But I feel like the transition between just the attraction and the “love” part was too sudden. I need more than just one deep conversation after a traumatic event to be convinced that there is actual love between them.

Enjoyable read but missing the 'dark'.
This book is really nice but sadly no sign of the promised 'dark' side of things!! I loved how the relationship between Mia and Ciri went after her father hands her over to seal a peace deal. What other choice does a mafia princess have but to go along with it? After their first time she was melting for her sexy Don and very soon her heart is hooked as well. But betrayal and danger hides at every turn.
I found Mia a bit too innocent to be plausible. Even members of the general public know more about the mafia than she does... and she is supposed to be smart!

An action packed Mafia romance with dark themes! This started off really well, the plot hooked me straight away! It was written really well, I loved how the story had a good mix between plot and the on going romance between Ciro and Mia.
My only slight disappointment was how easily Mia seemed to give in to Ciro even when he treated her badly, it was as if the moment he touched her body she lost her mind and would do anything for him. I would have liked her to push him some more.
This said I did really enjoy the overall book and can't wait to read more from this author!

Wow this had a a lot of different feedback stars! But I thought I’m just going to read and then leave my honest opinion for myself, everyone views differently which makes for great feedback, we can’t all enjoy the same books (well ok sometimes we do 😉) but anyway back to this one, I actually enjoyed this book, it was a little different to the normal mafia forced weddings, thought it had a great storyline and I have to admit I didn’t work out who the rat was! Thought I did but was totally wrong! Loved the ending and really looking forward to reading the book 😊

Good story, needs an editor

If you can get past the constant misspelling and grammatical errors- of which there are plenty- the story is actually really good & I look forward to the sequel. But seriously- GET AN EDITOR OR A BETTER PROOFREADER PLEASE!!!! This story deserves a much better proofread than it got.

I found this book ok to start with however I didn’t enjoy reading (what I would class as sexual assault and rape) ...a few spelling errors and contradictions, I did persevere and finish the book...unfortunately this type of book isn’t for me

I received this book complimentary and this is my honest review

Stolen vows

The story would be so much better without all the spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.
It is hard to read when it goes from first person singular to third person in the next sentence.

Needs a proofreader

One of the worst books I have ever read with regards to appalling grammatical errors and spelling mistakes.
Needless to say it was so bad I couldn't finish it!

Worst story. The guy raped girl twice and they have just justified it. Very uncomfortable to read

I have mixed feelings about this book. I found myself sucked in as I read and the entire thing somewhat odd but wanted to know how it ends. While there was some enjoyment, it left much to be desired. It seemed incredibly rushed and is seriously in need of more editing. I think that there is potential that I hope is taken advantage of.
