Great Book
I understand after finishing why this book was needed. I wasn’t prepared for this to be a book about the past so it was slow going to begin with. But, big but here, it gets so much better! It becomes more of what I’ve come to expect from Ellie! Amazing and gets me super excited for the next! Do not skip this book for the simple fact that it is put in this series for a reason and when we get to the next I’m absolutely positive we will see the reason! Very well written and reminds we why sometimes we chose the devil we know, instead of taking a chance on the unknown! Mila is so brave and this book explains why!

Forged in fire
A gritty, engaging read. Mila, always older than her years, goes through quite a bit...going from a quiet, studious, make-no-waves kind of kid/teenager embroiled in a twisted Romeo and Juliet situation to the Mila we met in Roxy's story, but she's not a flippant as she wants everyone to believe. Impossible decisions that no teenager should have to make hang over her head like a guillotine and she comes out the other side scarred, but a survivor. I'm looking forward to the continuation of her story!

Why did you do this to me Ellie!! I’m not okay I’m sad and happy and pissed this was amazing I am so not okay with waiting but I am so freaking glad I got to know mila and Garrett’s back story I can’t wait to see them back together that love doesn’t go away it just hides! Reborn is achingly good
Ellie once again rips my heart out in this book. Her writing pulls me in until I don’t even remember that I’m reading a book. I’m just immersed into her world. Mila and Garrett’s beginning is full of love, regret, and heartache. I can’t wait to read the conclusion it Revive

Don't like cliff hangers but
This isn't really one. It's more of an explanation of the tension we have seen between Garrett and Mila in the previous books. I love the connection to Greg. And seeing how Mila finally stood up to her sister is great. Eva was a singular bitch and the author does a great job making the reader hate her! I am continuing with this series!

Oh holy plot twist!! I can honestly say that I didn’t see that coming. This book had me crying, clenching my chest, gasping, finding myself so angry, then swooning a little, then just flat out heartbroken. My husband actually banned me from reading this author anymore bc of all the emotions it hit on (ps...hate to inform him, he doesn’t have a choice...I will read ALL the Ellie Kirson books, more than once 🤣).
This book seriously was a story that needed to be told. And it put into perspective so many things that made me go “Huh?” from Renegade & Reclaim. EXCELELNT addition to the Redemption Series! I CANNOT WAIT FOR WHAT’S TO COME!!!
