Trigger Warnings: Miscarriage, Depression, Infertility, Drug & Alcohol Dependency

Elsa Fitzgerald was raised as a New York City Socialite. Anything less than perfection was unacceptable was the mantra drilled into her head since she was a young girl. Else is one of the most successful Real Estate Agents within the entire city and is dating one of Hollywoo's biggest hearthrobs. She is literally living a Fairy Tale Life. The two things she desires the most is Marriage and Children.

Anton Kingston is one of Hollywood's biggest Hearthrobs and considered one of the Titans of Manhattan. Anton can have anything he wants but the things he desires most of all is a Love and a Family of his own. He was definitely swoon worthy. A good man to his core inside and out.

Elsa and Anton were comfortable with their long distance relationship Anton knew the first moment he laid eyes on Elsa that she was the one for him. After a year of dating exclusively Anton asked for Elsa's hand in marriage and although Else had the man of her dreams and the life she always imagines something was missing.

This story really pulls on the heartstrings. This story makes you Sad, Angry, Disappointed, Hopeful and Happy. One of the happiest days of Else's life was the day she found out that she was pregnant. Both her and Anton were workaholics and spent time together when Anton wasn't on set filming. Into the first trimester Elsa miscarries and the loss was so traumatic that it sent her into a deep depression. Elsa fell so far in despair that Atom couldn't reach her. As Elsa began to spiral into the abyss of darkness she relied on drugs and alcohol to help her cope.

This book is a testament that True Love conquers all. Anton loved Elsa through all of the pain she put him as well as herself through. After losing his father to alcohol at the age of 13, his mother to herione at the age of 17 and his younger brother to suicide; Anton felt that he failed his family because he couldn't save them. Feeling as if history was repeating itself Anton refused to lose his wife and had to resort to tough love in order to help his wife no matter how hard it hurt him.

This couple suffered so much during their first year of marriage but they fought to stay together. Even when Elsa wasn't strong enough to fight her addiction or the pits of depression; Anton never gave up on her or their love. This story truly an emotional rollercoaster that will have you feeling a multitude of emotions simultaneously until this couple reaches their HEA.

Elsa and Anton have it all, with the exception of one little thing. Then they're on the verge of getting the missing piece of their relationship, when it's cruelly taken from them. And that's when their what they previously thought was an unbreakable foundation, starts cracking. Is it time for some tough love from Anton?

First, a word of caution - the author's trigger warnings should be heeded if you are someone at all bothered by subjects she mentions in her warnings. Those kind of things don't bother me, especially when handled with some sensitivity and grace like Anise handled them. I really liked Elsa and the way she handled her issues, in a suitably rough way, but in what I can only think is a realistic way. I felt for her for sure, and wished she had a bit more support from the man who supposedly loved her so much. Not that I don't think he was going through his own hard times, but he wasn't sensitive or supportive enough for my tastes. The story itself is heartfelt, the chemistry they have is intense, and the ending made all the pain that came before well worth it.

I tried with this one, I really did. Unfortunately, I was not able to connect with the characters, mainly because the author mostly told what happened without showing the events.

I am unable to recommend this title.

This is the second book in the Titans Of Manhattan Series and wow, what a book. Prepare for it to grab your attention right at the beginning. Make sure you have a comfy spot and your favorite beverage because you won't be going anywhere for a while. Well written with strong, interesting characters and a page turning story line. Emotional and drama filled. An amazing book featuring Anton and Elsa who had a storybook romance. She was from top society and one of Manhattan's top real estate agents while he was a Titan of Manhattan and a Hollywood star. To the public they had everything they wanted but privately they were missing what they both craved. A family and the book is heartwarming and heartbreaking as they suffer a miscarriage, depression, alcohol abuse and more. This book is very emotional and shows what different hands life can deal you. It shows the hand they are dealt in their early marriage and how they deal with it together. An HEA and no cliffhanger. I read a free advance reader copy via Voracious Readers and voluntarily chose to review it.

I was totally invested in this story as soon as I learned of it. The series has intrigued me from the very beginning and this was a really anticipated read. I was stunningly captivated form word one. Enthralling were the characters and addictive was their love journey. The plot was angsty and keeps a reader on the knife's edge, madly trying to predict what is going to happen next. The unveiling of this story was electric and supremely engaging. It's a story that will keep you besotted and coming back for more. There were many intense and dramatic moments and the story could have swung in any direction. The author possesses an incredible knack for the unexpected and constantly astounds and blows a readers mind. Witty, sensual, flawed and magical. A comprehensive masterpiece. 5 stars.

I have not read one book from this author that I have not thoroughly enjoyed. This contemporary romance is told from several POV’s which I love, because you get a deeper connection and understanding for who the characters are. It makes it easy to become invested in them and their stories. With a little steam, and sexy the story entices you to participate in the good and the bad.
But heartache and heartbreak hits when they least expect it, and their happiness is about to be tested. It is a complete ride of rollercoaster ride of emotions. There were times when I didn’t know if I wanted to smack them especially Anton or wrap them up and take them away.

Imperfectly Yours is the second book in the Titans of Manhattan series by Anise Storm. After reading the first book in this fantastic series, and loving every word, I was really excited to get my hands on this second instalment. I had really high expectations after book one, so I am happy to say that this was every bit as good as I hoped for, if not better (even though the author did have me more than a little worried there for a while).
We met Anton and Elsa in Book One, Conveniently Yours, as Anton is one of Caspian’s best friends. So, I was already intrigued by these two characters before I had even opened the book.
Anton and Elsa have the fairytale romance, and life is good- but are the foundations of their relationship strong enough to withstand the cracks that start to appear and threaten to crumble their perfect fairytale. Well, no spoilers hers, but I certainly couldn’t put the book down until I had read every single word and found out how it all played out in the end.
Looking forward to the rest o the series!
Happy reading!

Thank you, Anise Storm!

TW: Miscarriage, Drug abuse and addiction, Overdose

This was a good read. The plot was unique.

I loved Elsa and her co workers. I did not like Anton very much. He seemed self centered and insensitive. His POVs are about going for about himself all the time. After Elsa's miscarriage, just by Elsa's assurance he went away not caring for her. He would not take a leave to stay with her when she was pregnant.

I did not like how he treated her when she overdosed. Tough love may have been needed and worked but it does not mean it is a good method. Threatening to divorce her and guilt tripping her to get into rehab seemed like not the way to go. This is my personal opinion.

Their relationship felt rushed, we did not see the start of it so some things were hard to imagine. The end when Elsa does go to rehab, he is not there. This is very rushed. Considering it was a long drawn out problem we do not see a gentle, supportive and 'by your side' husband. We see a forcing one, almost as if he were a admonishing parent and not a parent. I understand his backstory but not how he acted. For someone who was not there most of the time, he sure raged on her.

Also, Elsa's feelings about inadequacy as a wife was not resolved properly.

At some point it felt like they were in a marriage of convenience or business contract and not a real couple. It was hard connecting to the characters. It seemed as if it should have beena connecting book. The first one where the relationship starts and this one where it is in the middle stage.

But, showing problems in a marriage where both partners are very busy in their careers was unique to me and I loved it.

However, the topics picked up were appreciated.

Wow! What a raw, emotional read from Anise Storm! It is my favorite of the series so far!

I liked this book for so many reasons, but it was a bit different in that Anton and Elsa were already together and had their fairytale romance in the beginning, before life threw them a curveball and that fairytale started unraveling.

Elsa was Anton’s real estate agent trying to find him a penthouse, and it was pretty much love at first sight. Elsa couldn’t believe that one of Hollywood’s sexiest actors was in love with her, but she threw caution to the wind and reached for her happily ever after. All she wanted now was to give him children. Then, life would be perfect. But, everyone knows that life is never perfect, and these two are getting ready to discover that in a most painful way.

Neither one of them was perfect, even though Elsa was raised to believe she could create the perfect life by being the perfect wife. Think about it, her husband is in an industry that creates that illusion. When that dream of hers is crushed, she falls hard and makes some choices that threaten the very soul of her marriage.

Storm ripped my heart out at times. Elsa’s pain was palpable. I could feel it deep in my bones. At times, I was angry at Anton for using his job to run away from their problems, but people deal with tragedy in all different sorts of ways. As Storm tore my heart to pieces, she tenderly put it back together again. Wonderful, emotional story!!!

I am going to completely honest that I almost didn’t read this book, the authors warning triggered many things for me but I felt like I needed to know if she could write about these things as well as I anticipated and I have to say she absolutely did. Was it hard to read at times – yes, did I cry remembering some of these things happening to me – absolutely but I absolutely cannot fault the authors writing. It was excellent, she had clearly thought about everything she wrote about and this really was an amazing story. I was hooked from beginning to end and did feel like I was right there with the characters at times, the emotion and heartbreak came across really well.
A truly wonderful read and I 100% recommend it.

Wow! Just wow! This book has it all, I freaking love this series with all my heart! I loved the prior in the series, and this one kept me hooked just as the previous! The author is amazing at the story they create and the characters that come to life! This book and series is a must read, no doubt about it!

This one was convincing and a book full of heart throb moments as well as the tender heart ache ones as well. The characters really made the story take flight. Anton was a person who had his own passions and wants, but still had his image to up hold. He had his presentation of self to worry about, but under that smile and wave, he was truly human with human dreams and desires of his own heart. Elsie was successful and seemed to have it all in different ways. Yet, she was human as well. Is wanting a family and to be successful something truly out of reach? I loved how when these characters collided they shared a passion that left off my kindle pages and you really felt everything that they endured together!

What I loved aside from the realism of the main two characters, was the aspects of the realism of the world outside them. They both had their career given goals, but inner wants that resided did not clash well outside in the real world. I found the struggles and tender moments they faced really showed all they had and all they could lose if they allowed the world to intervene in their relationship. The story was beautifully written, and really played tug of war with my emotions, and had me all over the place haha. That said, it made the book what it was! Amazing read and this author is just as amazing as their books!

This book series, as well as this current installment are not ones to be passed up by far. The author is a fantastic writer. I love this series so much with all the emotions and the feelings I get when I read them! Do not pass this book up, it is a wonderful read. Highly recommend the author as well! A must read!

What a read! Make sure to view the TWs before you begin! Talk about a gorgeous, picture-perfect couple that faced tribulations along their married life. Elsa and Anton are THAT couple, they're the couple you look on and wish you were them. However, not all is so perfect when they are given some rough bridges to cross. As they slowly find their way back to each other, this book shows us that it's never easy being perfect as portrayed. This book was well written, tugged at my heart-strings and gave me the perfect concoction of angst and spice.

okay, wait..

Elsa and Anton are a powerful couple that are so well suited for one another that it really stings when the face martial issues. But no couple has a healthy relationship without arguments. However, their arguments escalate from the onset of hidden secrets. Each try to love the other selflessly but end up with hurt being passed between the lines.

In the face of a long-distance relationship, they struggle with finding each other when they most need the other's comfort and love.

Their character development is to die for.. can I be someone's Elsa (minus the tws LOL) to my Anton?

so, to read or not to read?

As long as you are okay with the trigger warnings, I say for sure! This book has all you need, some great spice, angst and fluff which gives you a very nice happy ending. I really enjoyed this book, a bit surprisingly so because I had no clue of what I was about to be met with.

Wow! what an amazing story! Warning as mentioned in the beginning of the book- there might be some triggers for certain topics- so just to give a heads up!

The storyline was absolutely amazing! At first, I thought wait a minute, this beginning seemed too good to be true. Then BOOM! this author hits hard- and let me tell you your heart breaks.

Elsa- beautiful girl who has it all- or just about. New York socialite, fantastic job, fabulous friends and one yummy husband who just happens to be Hollywood's hottest ticket right now and he is delicious! All Elsa needs and wants after having it all is a family of course!

Anton- New York Titan, Hollywood's heartthrob. Handsome as hell and a man who knows what he's doing between the sheets ;) Meeting Elsa and making her his, he's got it all.

What I love about this story is that the journey this couple takes on- this isn't your typical normal boy meets girl, boy falls in love, girl says " I Do". Elsa and Anton go through real life problems- and being newlyweds, they face the struggles that all newlyweds face in the beginning of a marriage and then some…. the miscommunication on a certain topic and how it drives these two apart and then back together. Anton and Elsa's chemistry is also a major thumbs up in the book- it keeps you on your toes and you flipping those pages fast!

Storm's storyline is captivating and thrilling and amongst all, heartbreakingly beautiful. This is my first read from this author and it won't be my last.

I've received this book as an ARC for being a part of the Book Sirens team and I'm leaving this review voluntarily.

Imperfectly Yours (Titans of Manhattan Book 2) by Anise Storm

Imperfectly Yours is the second book in the Titans Of Manhattan series and holy cow what a ride. This is a Romance story about Love, Loss, and struggling with heartache and secrets. Just because one acts ok doesn’t mean there’s not a storm brewing below. I absolutely loved this book. The characters are relatable and fully developed and easy to follow. I loved there personalities. I devoured this book in one sitting and whew what a ride. My emotions were all over the place with this one, from being happy to sad to angry. These two are off the charts and the love they have for one another is heart warming. There may some triggers in this book but keep reading I promise its worth it. This is Anton and Elsa's story. He’s one of Hollywood’s top heart throbs who has everything he’s ever wanted and he’s with the love of his life who happens to be one of the top real-estate agents in the city. These two will melt your hearts that’s for sure. They both want the same things, love ,family and to be successful. They are both on top of the world with love and happiness but what will happen when tragedy strikes? Will his love be enough?
I don’t want to give anything away but I highly recommend reading this heartwarming and a little heartache story to find out what happens next . This series each book follows a different Titan. I loved the first book just as much as this one and if you haven’t started this series I recommend starting it now. I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book in this series. I need it like now.

They had everything together, successful jobs, a loving relationship but the one thing Elsa needed was taken from her and can she come back from the abyss with the love and care of Anton.

Elsa has a high powered job being the most successful Realtor in the city, although with her relationship with Anton being long distance she is surprised when he pops the question and will she be able to have what she has always wanted love and children.

Anton is a Hollywood superstar who has yearned for a family for such a long time, when he saw Elsa he knew straight away when he saw her she was the one, so when he proposed and she said "yes" all he dreams would come true. But he was not prepared for what comes.

This story is heart-breaking, I was utterly devastated by the trials and tribulations this couple goes through. At the beginning everything was going great and then when Elsa has something tragic happen to her there world is turned upside down.

The author has written a great story with compassion and understanding regarding the subject matter. My heart went out to utter devastation of Elsa and was wishing her to come out of the spiral she was falling in to at great speed. I have another book boyfriend or even promote him to husband status, his character was so desperate to help his wife that he battled through the dark path the story took them down.

I can't wait to read more from this author and this series.

A whirlwind romance develops between real estate agent Elsa and movie star Anton in the second book of this series. While I didn't find it as exciting to read as the first book, it was still a good story overall. There was some repetitiveness of the book's title that got a bit obnoxious for me, and it seemed to contain a lot more intimate scenes than its predecessor, which I found to be a bit excessive at times, but I'm not sure it's right to complain about such things in a romance novel.

The storyline was unexpected and interesting, though. Every time I thought it was going to head in one direction, I got thrown for a bit of a loop. Grueling work schedules, and physical distance while Anton films the latest blockbuster in the making, threaten to divide the couple; they also face some issues with communication and their past that they must overcome if they intend to stay married after a super rocky first year of marriage. Complications in their relationship only multiply when Anton takes the leading role in romantic comedy at a dark time for Elsa, and the pair faces problems that are both serious and not atypical for real-life couples.

While the themes felt realistic overall, especially the darker parts of the story, it's still a romance novel with lots of flourishing steaminess.

Ms. Anise Storm is back again with the second book to the Titans of Manhattan Series. She has quickly become one of my favorited authors. She had me curled up in my bed with my bed reading this. I had to be far enough away from everyone to read this amazing book.
Anton Kingston was one of Hollywood's biggest heartthrobs, he has everything he ever imagined. A career, fame, fortune; he is sought after worldwide, and at the height of his stardom. His personal life has also aligned, and he finally has the things he’s wanted for a lifetime.

Imperfectly Yours (Titans of Manhattan Book 2) by Anise Storm

5 out of 5 Stars

Wrecked! Emotionally Wrecked. There might have been actual, flowing down the cheek tears for this one.

Elsa Ftizgerald, Queen of New York real estate, is dating one of the hottest Hollywood heartthrobs, Anton Kingston. Elsa thinks her life is perfect when Anton pops the question. Elsa plans her dream beach wedding. Life is grand until it isn’t. Elsa turns to drugs and alcohol to fill the emptiness.

Anton Kingston knows that he found the one when he finds Elsa. There are so many qualities about her that make Elsa different, the biggest is that she is not phased by his celebrity. After getting married and planning a life with Elsa, Anton’s past haunts him. Soon he realizes that chasing the perfection he craves might just cause him to lose the one thing he can’t live without, Elsa. Can Anton change the course of his life without repeating history?

The author describes the hard-hitting issues in the story with respect and delicacy. When Elsa tells her story, the feels are all too real. On a side note, I want to punch her mother. I haven’t like a book that I have read by this author and this one did not disappoint. I am looking forward to another Titan love story soon!!

Imperfectly Yours (Titans of Manhattan Book 2) by Anise Storm

Imperfectly Yours is the second book in the Titans of Manhattan series and once I finished the first, I knew I had to read this one. This is a book about the struggles with love, loss, drugs, and alcohol. At some point in our lives, we all struggle with weakness and let me tell you, this book definitely shows you that. The factor of being perfect often weighs on us and I just love how the Author portrayed this within her characters. The personalities of Anton and Elsa are beautifully written and easy to follow. I’m not one to be emotional but this book brough out a lot of emotions. The way each chapter flows flawlessly makes it so hard to put it down. Many people get turned off by triggers but this book shows them for what they are, it allows you to sympathize with the character. Anton and Elsa’s love is heartwarming and leaves you wanting more. One Hollywood’s top real-estate agents who just so happens to be in love with Hollywood’s top heart throb. They both want to be successful with a loving family but after a heart wrenching loss, can they have everything? Guess you’ll just have to read it for yourself and find out.

Anton Kingston could not get out of California fast enough to have in search of everything he never had growing up. Raising to fame and becoming Hollywood’s hottest leading man in countless box office hits.
Elsa Fitzgerald is New York Cities elite royalty. Growing up she was raised to act the part of a proper lady, to never show weakness, and to never let a man see you cry. She is the number one real estate agent in NYC, the penthouse of her dreams, the social like any woman her age would love to have. But when Hollywood walks into NYC who knew that there would be fireworks.
Elsa and Anton’s relationship is perfect but can there really be a perfect relationship? Anyone who reads this book will fall in love with their love story. The first year of marriage will test even the most perfect of relationships. Will Elsa and Anton be able to survive this bump in the road or will their north star lead them back into each other's arms?
When I started reading this book I fell in love with not only the characters but also their relationship with each other. There were many tears throughout because I could feel the pain Elsa was going through. This is most definitely a must-read. Keep in mind there are triggers such as miscarriage, depression, infertility, drug, and alcohol dependency.

This book makes you feel things all throughout the book. I have never had a book grab me emotionally from the start like this book did. It is a continuation of the Titan Series but that being said you do not necessarily have to read the first book to understand what is happening in this book. This book does deal with some very heavy issues. If you have a trigger for addition, then this book is not for you. The way the characters face the horrible fates of addition in this book make it worth the read. It deals with real life situations and tugs at your heart strings. It deals with things that a lot of couples have gone through and the ability to cope with loss. I gave this book 5 stars because it deals with real events that people do go through so there is a humanizing relationship with this book. The reader can actually picture themselves in this situation. The coping mechanisms may not be how everyone handles things but it is raw and honest on how some might cope with everything in this book. I highly recommend reading this book and having a box a tissues next to you because it will tear your heart up but deliver it back to you with a bow at the end.

This is the 2nd book in the series. It’s a great contemporary romance novel by an author that I have now read several times and have really enjoyed all of their books that I have read so far. I did find that this book was more of a slow burner to start for me but I soon got into the story and became very invested in the story.
In this book we get the story of Anton Kingston, successful Hollywood actor and his wife Elsa. To the outsider their life seems perfect but in reality life is far from perfect.
This book tackles the difficult issues of miscarriage, infertility and drug use. It is very dark in places but this males for a fascinating read. It’s a great example of showing that money can’t buy you happiness.
I really loved reading about Anton and Elsa. Having at one point suffered a miscarriage of my own, my heart broke for Elsa and Anton so many times during this book.
On a far lighter note, the author should get extra points for having my favourite model Kamil Nizinski on the cover.
This is a great book and I really can’t wait to see what the author has in store for the other ‘Titans’ in future books in the series.

Okay.

When I started this book, I was like “Alright, I read the first one, I know what this author can do, so let’s bring on the drama.”

First half goes by and I’m seeing the beginnings of a marriage (which is ironic considering that I also just got married), and the start of these two characters lives together. And at first, it seems a little slow, a little too white-picket-fence, too perfect-

And then tragedy strikes. And again, and again. And then healing.

Do not, I repeat, do not read this book if you’re listening to mildly sad music, because y’all, it WILL make you cry. Actually, this book will make you cry regardless. I don’t think I’ve ever related to a character so much. The struggles Elsa is faced with in this story are struggles I’m terrified I’m going to have, or struggles I already have had. And watching Anton just love her through it all, this author does such an amazing job with her books. I can’t wait to see where the next one leads. Wait out the beginning guys, the end is worth it. I can’t wait for a physical release, this book deserves a spot on my bookshelf (As does the first).

Anton Kingston has reached his happy place. He has it all right down to his family and his one true love. Elsa Fitzgerald has worked hard to become successful in the real estate business. One would think she had it all. Well she did! By dating Anton long distances they soon became engaged, as they dated for over a year. So when Anton asked for her hand in marriage, she just had to say yes. LIFE WAS BETTER THAN EVER. These two beautiful happy people come together. As their marriage moves forward, life for Anton and Elsa begins to shatter, challenging their love. This author has a way of bringing to life the challenges most of us have experienced. I felt so close to Elsa and Anton. My heart broke for them both. But as I read on I could see the changes that could have broken the family apart. But we know there has to be a HEA. So the author had her work cut out for her. Read on to see if they do get their HEA. Bring tissue, chocolate and your drink of choice. You are going to be here for a while. There will be tears, some very intense moments, and some strength that will blow your mind. This book has it all.

Anton is an actor and one of the Titans. Even though he spends a majority of his time filming away from home, he knows his heart has found a home with Elsa. Elsa is a high-powered real estate agent who is head over heels in love with Anton. When Anton pops the question, there isn't a doubt in her mind when she says yes.

Both are excited about their new marriage and want to start a family together. However, when tragedy strikes, the strength of their love is put to the test. Elsa copes by pushing Anton away...and finding any way she can to dull the pain she is feeling. When Anton issues an ultimatum, and Elsa ignores it, she must make a decision that will alter her life.

I felt for both of these characters. They are both juggling life and work...and finding the balance is hard to do. While they both deal with loss during this book...Elsa is is also dealing with learning that the future she has planned out for herself cannot happen. This book covers a lot of heavy topics...but in a way that is human and feels real. I enjoyed this story and look forward to the next book in the series.

Received as an ARC and leaving my honest review. Reading this book really brought to mind a lot of perceptions and expectations that are set upon us, whether because of societal norms, family, peer pressure or self imposed expectations to be perfect or to meet an ideal. I'm glad this story didn't shy away from pointing out the challenges couples face and the reality of how things can change (it really pushes the truth of marriage vows "for better and for worse, in sickness and in health") and whether they can work through it to stay together or would it break the marriage.

It was heartbreaking and emotional reading what Elsa went through and Anton too. And how both had to face what happened and process their feelings in their own way. My emotions were put through the wringer. This is not your typical smooth and easy love story, but is one that shows that healing can only happen if you want to take the 1st step, the resilience and strength a person has, to overcome such pain, and the support and love a couple gives each other. And that being imperfect is being human and that's perfectly acceptable. Loved this book and going to start on the next one!

Be warned there are some triggering topics such as addiction, loss, depression, miscarriage, infertility, along with drug & alcohol dependency. These topics are well written and handled with care in this book, however I felt a warning needed to be said in case someone has triggers to these things.

This is the second book in the author’s Titans of Manhattan series, and it is a unique spin on a romance book. The spin is that the love story between Anton and Elsa has already begun before the book opens. Anton is a Hollywood actor in love with Elsa who is a realtor in New York City. We get to read and experience all the ups and downs of the first year of marriage. Like in real life this couple had to face many tragedies and problems within their fictional life. These characters are so well written that they seem real enough to pop off the page and join you in real life, which is a great tribute to the author’s writing.

I love that this book showed that no matter what this couple faced they stuck beside each other trying to adapt and learn how to cope, trust, and depend on one another. This is something more people in real life need to learn and live by.

This is book two in The Titans of Manhattan Series and it is Anton and Elsa's story and it is definitely a must read. Anton and Elsa have instant attraction and intense chemistry between them that is off the charts hot and there marriage is what fairy tales are made of but not without real problems. Anton and Elsa to through so many difficult and emotional situations that puts a wedge in there relationship but will they be strong enough to fight for what they both want and deserve and that is each other but only time will tell what the outcome will be for them. Omg I absolutely loved this book with all it's twists and turns and how and downs that you get in a marriage and I can't wait to read the next book in this series. The characters and storyline pulled you in right from the start and kept your attention throughout the whole book and I couldn't put it down and I definitely recommend you read this book and series and you will not be disappointed.

One of the things I love about this book it the strength this couple has for each other and of course the love! In my opinion this story could be hard to read for some reading it has drug addiction and some other things that might be hard to handle. Over all it’s awesome love story through out you get to see what they will do for each other and of course the love scenes are very sweet and funny! It will for sure get her emotions going especially if you feel like you can relate to anything the characters may be going through. Which I totally can but I loved the ending and the strength that shows throughout this story! :) the author is amazing at what she does for sure and I can’t want for more! Also in my opinion once again some of the things you can learn in a part of this book can really help anyone in real life which is another thing I love about this book. I know it helped me see myself a little different in a good way:)

TITLE: Imperfectly Yours
GENRE: Contemporary Romance
AUTHOR:  Anise Storm
TROPE: Dark Romance
TYPE: Series (Titans of Manhattan Book 2)
MY RATING: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5

Imperfectly Yours is part of the Titans of Manhattan series but can be read as a stand-alone. The story is heart-wrenching, steamy and unexpected. I felt like Anise Storm has experienced firsthand or has known someone who has been through similar situations because the story felt so personal and accurate. Elsa is a successful Realtor, and Anton is a Hollywood actor. They have the perfect relationship filled with love, and spicy romance until a series of events puts their relationship to the test. The story was a rollercoaster of emotions taking me along for the ride. Sometimes it was tough to watch Elsa & Anton with the struggles and missteps that they made along the way, but at the same time, I was emotionally invested in their story hoping they would make it out on the other side. Not everyone is quick to throw in the towel when their love and relationship are in jeopardy.

Trigger warnings: Alcohol and drug abuse, overdose, miscarriage, suicide, infertility, and depression
