So well done! The authors provide leaders with a guide (and so many resources) to support educators in learning how to reflect on their daily practices, notice their own reactions and those of children, to wonder where our beliefs come from… The mind shift from expert to partner in learning occurs quickly as the authors eloquently describe the power in encouraging educators to be curious, innovative and embracing their compassion.

I have no words for this book or these authors. After nearly 10 years in the Early Childhood profession I’ve never felt more rejuvenated. Reading this book brought me back and re-rooted me to the pedagogical mindset that I had as a new grad. These 2 ladies are pioneers in this field and I was recently so lucky to attend one of their institutions. I am very much looking forward to listening to their podcast in the future.
