Women have a significant role to play in the Bible. From Eve to Esther to Mary and Martha, each woman is used by God for His purposes and their lives are recorded in His Word. These stories of women are woven throughout Scripture to point to the faithfulness of our God.

This is not a super in-depth study; however, it is perfect for traveling. Because it is so slim, I can throw it in my bag, along with some post it notes and a pen. I use a Bible app on my phone so that I am able to have a Bible study everyday without needing to take up space with my heavy Bible. If you take notes directly in your Bible, you can transfer your notes when you return home or after completing the book. Since each study is on a different woman, I'm able to pick up again weeks or months later when I travel next. I plan to purchase another study like this from The Daily Grace Co for future travels.

I would recommend this as a Bible study, especially for newer Christians. I didn't feel like a lot of new points were brought out, that I didn't already know. I really liked the questions that are asked in each lesson. What can we learn from the woman's life? How do we see God and His character?, and what can we apply to our own lives? However, after a while, the answers we came up with started to feel a little redudndant, focusing mainly on God's faithfulness in each story. It would be nice if the book had more guidance for Bible study leaders and maybe thoughts on the questions.

I love learning about the women of the Bible but I didn’t like that the discussion questions were the same for every person. And I also thought some of the Bible passages were oddly chosen

This is a beautifully designed and easy to read Bible study, each day focusing on a different woman in the Bible. You read for 5 days per week, for a total of 6 weeks. The reflection questions are simple, but there is beauty in that as well. I especially love that, after each woman's chapter, it asks you what you have learned about God and His character. I think it helps bring each woman's story to life, and demonstrates God's love and grace throughout time.

Overall this study was good. I learned a lot about women in the Bible that I had never even heard of before. We did this with my Bible study that I hosted in my home but there were multiple days I had missed - finally got them finished up! I watched a YouTube video on every woman before doing the study and that helped me gain a deeper understanding of their story and who they were. Cons: the questions are the exact same for every single woman which I didn’t love.

I rather enjoy these Bible studies. They're easy to read, moving, and insightful. Especially since I think sometimes the women of the Bible are kinda glossed over it was nice seeing each woman's story. It was very inspiring.
