Molly is a baby kitten that finds herself on the doorstep of a new home, frightened and alone. She soon learns that the other animals in the house, the humans, are not so bad after all. The rest of the series is about her growing up and learning that once you become familiar with your surroundings and meeting others, like the bully “Brewster,” is not as difficult as it might seem.

Joe Bonsall, a great entertainer and active philanthropist, has captured the personality of each of the cats taking part in this story. With sweet story-lines, funny dialogue, and amazing art work, the book provides a gentle and light-hearted tale about the young kitty, Molly, her arrival at a safe and caring home, her fellow house kitties and her ‘humancats’.
Because of it’s religious leanings this may not appeal to all readers, although all cat lovers will recognize one of their favorite kitties in those portrayed by Joe.
