We then get into the recipes. I enjoyed seeing so many outside the box ingredients. It was refreshing to see spices like za'atar, coriander, cardamom, and turmeric. These are spices that pack a ton of bold flavor but you do not see in a lot of recipes. Overall, I enjoyed reading this book.
