Rate this book
Do you ever feel like life seems easier for other people?

Jeremy Amyotte first moved out of his parents’ house at fourteen years old. He barely got his high school diploma, and he was convinced that he was doomed to struggle forever, just like his father had.

Jeremy wasn't naturally good at anything. He felt like everyone around him was a level up. But when he began his real estate career, he stumbled on advice that changed his life forever.

From that moment forward, he became obsessed with discovering new philosophies that could make life not just easier to bear but more fulfilling.

This book is an introspective look at life through the lens of a skeptic.

If you're not sure how you matter, this book is for you. If life seems to work against you and your ambitions, this book is for you. If you spend a lot of time in your own head, trying to figure it all out, this book is for you.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
🗝️️This book is a self-help guide that explores the territories of Self-confidence, values, courage, pain, response-ability, relationships, ego, and humility.

✍️It’s an introspective look at life in general & the common circumstances we all face, The author has narrated examples from his own experiences to help u relate to the lessons. The goal for you is to see life, people within it, and yourself in a different light.

This book will help you discover yourself and will help you get rid of those insecurities which are holding your back by instilling the right values, courage, taming your ego, through humility, by ingraining a temperament of giving. The author has shared his vulnerabilities and insecurities in a ruthlessly transparent manner which allows us to be more honest with ourselves.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬:

🔺One of the things that stood out for me was the concept of giving, Always aim to give something to the people around you and as a byproduct, you’ll eventually get what you are looking for. But the catch is if giving isn’t your priority and getting to the aim is the sole purpose of giving you’ll never truly achieve it.

🔺It will help you in attaining confidence from the inside out and instill healthy self-focus.

🔺It will give you the answers to the difficult questions that How & why you should accept responsibility in life and in your relationships? And how the conflicts in a relationship are never about the issue at hand, but instead about the things we’d previously held ourselves back from resolving.

❓If you struggle with frustrations and find yourself wishing things were easier if you don’t like the way the world works or simply wish you were different if you are struggling to figure out where you fit in this world then this is a book for you.

💪🏻 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆!!!

The author Jeremy Amyotte had faced many struggles in his life. He has no formal degree in anything. He learned what life taught him, learning as he move through life, studying others, and reflecting often and he shares with you his experiences, his theories, insights and ways to conquer the struggles.

The book is an introspective look at life in general and the common circumstances we all face. He has used examples from his own experiences in life, to help you see life, the people within it, and yourself in a different light.

You’ll learn:

🔹 How to build trust and confidence in yourself and dealing with self-centeredness.
🔹 Importance of discipline and integrity and how to build it.
🔹 Dealing with pain and fighting it with courage and how it leads to confidence.
🔹 Learning to dream big.
🔹 Understanding your emotions and of whose around you.
🔹 Accepting responsibility and open-mindedness.
🔹 Identifying areas of improvement (self-focus).
🔹 Importance of being clear on your values.
🔹 Challenging your deep rooted beliefs and gaining new perspective.
🔹 Defining excellence.

The book is well written and the concepts are thoroughly explained by giving examples and theories. It’s an inspirational read and will definitely motivate you to take action in the right direction. I also liked the cover so much.

Jeremy doesn't sugar coat it: he was an angry and directionless young man. But, he didn't settle for the less-than-stellar life he thought he was destined to have. Through reading, self-growth, and life experience, Jeremy has achieved personal and professional success.

He writes about pushing himself out of his comfort zone in every facet of his life. This is not a practical, "how to" guide to self-assurance. It's a thinking book – Jeremy dives deep into how he challenged his limiting thoughts and feelings, and makes you challenge your own – like a true mentor.
