Great story

This was such a good story. Definitely different from the norm. I love Yaz and JuJu together. I can’t believe what a hater Kia is. I can’t wait to read the conclusion.

This story rocked !!
No one can tell an urban fiction story like Nicole Jackson. This story kept me guessing. There are so many red flags about Juju. I kinda feel like he has a whole family tucked away somewhere. Why hasn't Yaz met his parent yet? Why doesn't he have his own place? Yeah, something about Juju is a little suspect. I can't wait for part 2. As always Nicole's stories are page turners. I read this book in one day. Come on part 2!!!!!!

I hate KIA!!!

I hate KIA with a passion!!! Jealousy is a deadly seed and it's planted so deep in Kia that Yaz don't even see her coming. Juju has got to be the most dumbest hood out there if he let's his heart tramp all over what his mind really knows. Yaz may be young but he already knows what it is and it's definitely not what it seems. As another great read comes to an end it leaves you desperately wishing you had waited for both book releases.

Good read I really intrigued

Yaz as was considered as the unforgettable girl she was working and trying to finish high school. She meets jiji and feel in love with him her hating ass cousin Kia who is jealous of her blows up her spot. Yaz finds out she pregnant and is scared and don't know where to turn. Can't wait for Borrowed Love 2 will they stay together are let outside forces ruin their love.

tight writing and great plot

This is a love story about youth and the mistakes we make over the simplest lies. It is a page turner and entertaining. I hate to think that a child’s life will be torn apart due to a foolish lie. But, Juju and Yaz are going and strong willed which don’t make the for the best outcome because somebody has to play level headed adult. Part 2 will shine a light on how they overcome their jealousies and insecurities.

Borrowed love

I love love love how she develops the characters and we see them as they get to know each other and fall in love. I wasn’t expecting this book to drop today but I sure was delighted to read it. Yaz is definitely at a cross roads now. JuJu is that man. I love auntie Meesh and Dior. Kia is such a hater!

This was a great read but too short! It was more like a sample rather than part 1 of a 2 part series. The book was interesting from beginning to end! Even though it was short it was well written and just what I needed because it is so difficult to find something decent to read! Definitely recommend this book!

New Blood

I’m loving the new characters presented in this series. Juju seems to be a solid guy thus far and Yaz is a girl you’d want the best for. I was instantly rooting for her from the first few pages. Sometimes a jealous heart can cause a world of trouble. Can’t wait for part 2!

OK book

Not a bad book but not good book either. Her family kept telling her to not get pregnant which is predictable I say. Yaz was predictable with her storyline and all they did is have sex. Hell I forgot she was still in high school.
Juju was controlling as well. I was kinda shocked about profession which is a good thing.
This book was recommended to read before Foolish.

Lawd chile Im in heaven… I love me some good ole fashion mess and baby this is it… Kai is a piece of trash gurl that hate in your blood runs deep… I love JuJu and Yaz but damn I knew it was gone be some shit cuz they just too young and in love with too many eyes and too many haters waiting on their downfall… Nevertheless I’m rooting for them and I can’t wait to see what’s next

The "love" scenes were excessive but the storyline was great. I love Yaz but she damn sure shouldn't have listened to Dior. Kia gotta get dragged, she has to. It's a must that she gets her head knocked off.

Refreshing

Fantastic plot! It’s always good to read something NEW from Nicole. While still urban, the characters are new. Their lives are different. I’m eagerly anticipating more.
