Great book which is helpful for college student.
It starts by how you take note
How you can make your own abbreviations
How you use this abbreviation during the lecture
Make a short essay as a respond to the lecture
Cite from the lecture
Different style of lecture is different ways to take notes
How you know the most important points
How you know if the speaker move to other point
....
And many things that are interesting

Good luck :)
