I absolutely loved this book! The story had me hooked from page one, and kept me until the very end. I loved the development of the main character. The way she went from being consumed with what was going on in just her world, to realizing that she had the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than herself was amazing.

The heart of the story, “Do something lest you do nothing” has stayed with me since I finished reading. We can’t solve every problem in the world, but we can do something. That’s what this story is. It’s a chance to do something about a major issue facing the world today. It’s a chance to look outside of our world and be a part of something bigger than ourselves.

Overall it’s a fantastic book, a captivating story with a message that will stick with you for awhile. I highly, HIGHLY recommend it!

A great book to bring along on a beach vacation, as it provides an entertaining, casual read that is perfect when you just want to relax and enjoy a good book. I did not see the plot twist coming, so that made it interesting to the end. There were a few grammar errors and inconsistencies in little details, such as a sentence about how the main character sat her EMPTY coffee cup on the table but was careful not to spill it... if it were empty, there's nothing to spill. Things like that may not bother the average reader, but as an English teacher, inconsistencies are hard to look past.

So good.

This book was definitely a page turner . The mystery kept me guessing. The best part was that the proceeds go to fight against human trafficking. It is a win\win, great read and helping improve the world!
