Running has been an integral part of Paul Whitcombe's life since he was young lad. He's run in marathons, track races and cross country events. But in this diary he reflects back on the challenges of juggling life commitments, work and the drive to keep running. It's a story that so many of us who have ever laced up a pair of running shoes can relate to. It's a story of challenges faced, miles run and memories made.
Paul is not an author, but he does write a good story and is clearly a very good runner. If you like running and don’t mind a few typos then this book is a good insight into the life of Joe Jogger who has a busy life and full time job, but with the support of his family and his trusty running buddy always finds time to run. A very motivating read.
