I think there should be an additional description on the about of this book to say that it's aimed at gay male subs serving alpha men. A few of the 100 suggestions are decent suggestions - self reflection, growth, boundaries, safe words. The majority of the suggestions completely ignore that, and claim that good subs do a lot of things like staring at men's crotches on the subway, or swallow cum even if they don't want to. Should be read as an erotic read, not any how to.

There was a lot of information on how to be a better sub. I heard as fee new things and will definitely keep this book in my Library for reference purposes.
