I like older books on the topic. The more of them you read, the more you begin to realize that not too much has changed in terms of health and nutrition since the early 1900's. This book in particular is a bit like an advertisement for how to gain good health. I've read better, but it was good.

This is short little book about healty lifestile and eating. I read it fast because author goes straight to the point. Main theme is eating healty for surpluss of body energy. According to the author if we want to feel fantastic we need to eat healty fruit juices and fresh salads. Everything else is forbidden. So if you like meat in every imaginable way, cakes, smoking, even tap wather you are in serious error.
This are good advices but nobody is going to follow them. We love eating tasty food too much.

If you wanna read a book about how your body works, than this is the book for you.
I was kinda searching for a how to bring myself into a healthy lifestyle and tips and tricks kinda vibe which this book didn't gave me.
If it's your first time reading a health book than this is okay because it teaches you a lot but if you already have minimal basic info about what health looks like, this book won't bring anything new to the table.
