What a great series!
Thanks, Kali Hart, for another sexy entry in the Stryker County EMS series. ...Marbles is a fun addition to this one. And even though the book is short, the characters really come across!

Ace is the sixth book in the Stryker County EMS series and is a smexy and fun read. The story is about twenty-four year old Genevieve "Gen" Daniels and Ace Gunther. Gen has just moved into an apartment after leaving her cheating ex-fiance, having caught him in the act with his ex-girlfriend, when she has an accident between a steak knife and her hand. Just before she passes out on the kitchen floor she screams which brings her neighbor from across the hall. Ace is in his mid thirties and moved from across the country to Stryker County six months ago to start over after ending a bad relationship. He likes his job, this co-workers and the people he has met so far and that is about to include his new curvy neighbor, once she comes around again that is. Ace sutures Gen up after discovering that she is actually the sister of one of his coworkers, Chance Daniels. Well this is about to get interesting as he should not be thinking the thoughts he is about a coworkers sister. But then again when you know you just know and for these two even when they semi try to fight the draw they have towards to each it is a losing battle, or really it is a winning battle.

This is a sweet, funny, engaging and sexy short story. I loved the characters, especially Marbles, and the story-line was entertaining. This is a great addition to this series.

Genevieve caught her fiancé cheating and moved out, she’s unpacking while jamming out to the Game of Thrones soundtrack when she ends up cutting herself with a knife. Seeing her own blood makes her pass out, thankfully she screams before she gets to lightheaded. Ace is her neighbor and lucky for her a paramedic. He rushes into her apartment and helps her. He’s able to stitch up her hand saving her a trip to the ER. He brings her lunch the next day to check up on her, thus starts their courtship. Ace is a bit older than her and she wonders if he thinks of her as just to young, bu5 he tells her she’s all woman and he’s here for her. Their sexy times are hot and when her siblings, Chance, an EMT and Ivory her sister come by to see her they start in on her dating to soon after her breakup with her fiancé, she stops them by calling Ace out of her room. Chance gets mad but Ace tells him he loves Genevieve and wants to marry her. I love yous all around and a cute proposal with her cat, Marbles included. Epilogue six months later with them married and expecting twins.

Started over after leaving her cheating ex, move in day is not what Genevieve was expecting. While in the kitchen Genevieve cut her hand, when she screamed a neighbor came rushing in to help. Ace works as a paramedic, and had move across country to start over, but when he heard a scream he could not help to rush to see what was going on.

This is a fun story with a bit of twist. Genevieve and Ace hit it off and have a good connection, but her family might have other things to say about it. Ace works with her brother, Chace and was hoping to talk to him before he found out. But when families want to "help" sometime things come out quicker than you expect.

Great book, fun to read and wonderful character that you can't help be get lost in the story.

Genevieve and Ace live across the hall from each other and she is just starting to unbox items in her apartment when she slices her finger on a steak knife. Hearing a scream, he comes across the hall to see if she is okay, and ends up stitching her finger up. Proving he is a paramedic, he names off the guys in his unit and her brother is one of them. Uh-oh. Both have bad relationship histories and want a true honest one. In a short time, they fall hard and on the day her siblings stop by to check on her and find Ace there, he makes her future brighter. Love the characters, storyline and the ending is perfect - maybe the next storyline? Keeping it in the family.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Ace is the sixth book in the ‘’Stryker county EMS’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. After the break up of her engagement, Genevieve isn’t looking for love. When she meets her new neighbour, sparks fly but will love blossom?
The chemistry between Ace and Genevieve is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

Ace is the sixth book in Kali Hart’s series Stryker County EMTs. Like the other books in this series, it is an instant romance love story. In this one, readers meet Genevieve Daniels and Ace Gunther. Genevieve and Ace are neighbors. He comes to her rescue when he hears her scream when she seriously cut herself and finds her passed out on the kitchen floor. He tends to her injury. Theirs is an instant attraction, however, there are complications. For instance, her sister is going with an EMT that works with Ace. Both Ace and Genevieve are recovering from broken hearts. Does their attraction morph into something more? You’ll have to read the book to find out.

Mr. Hart penned another enjoyable love-at-first-sight romance. I appreciate her skill at crafting witty conversation as well as her use of internal monologue to help reveal her lead characters’ personalities. I like that she makes her lead characters vulnerable yet strong. I love the dual POV as it helps to endear her lead characters to her readers.

Her knight in shining armour just happens to be her sexy neighbour from across the hall who happens to be an EMT. Ace goes to help his neighbour when he hears a scream. What he finds is not only a beautiful curvy girl who he’s immediately attracted to but the sister of one of his new co- workers. An instant attraction quick read as part of Stryker County EMS series. Entertaining characters that not only have sizzling chemistry but funny banter too. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

A fun and easy read full of steam!! Ace and Gen both have had horrible breakups in the past so looking for love is the very last thing on their minds until one incident brings them together. Gen is moving into a new apartment accidentally cuts herself and screams, enter the paramedic Ace. Ace instantly runs in to help Gen and as she passes out he knows he feels so much for her so soon. Trying to fight the attraction is futile and this brings an instant love connection between them. These books are easy, great reads for the nice change of pace. I love them and can't wait to see what happens next.

She is not good with blood and she is bleeding profusely and she screams. To the rescue comes her next door neighbor Ace, who happens to be a EMT paramedic. He gets Genevieve taken care of and puts some stitches in her hand. One thing he knows is this is the woman he has been waiting for - she is the one. What happens next? The story is funny, entertaining, enjoyable and just a touch of crazy. Great characters.

Yes, number six in this set. These two are going to have you thinking about how great it is to find someone that can fix you. These two are two broken people. She was cheated on by her ex and he is out of a bad relationship. But then he also works with her brother at the EMS. He is older than her, so does she still want to even try with him? How will her brother feel about this with his sister and co-worker? Are they able to realize they are meant to be together?

Great story. Ace lives across the hall from his new neighbor, Gen. when he hears her scream he goes to the rescue. When he finds out that she is his co-worker’s sister Ace knows he should just walk away. Gen is drawn to the sexy EMT and lets him know it. When Gen’s brother finds out could it be the end for them? Don’t dance with knives.

Ace and Genevieve’s story is cute, Insta-love at its best. I loved Marbels and the way Ace and Gen met. Bleeding for love. :). I found it a little to short and that Gen isn't described properly in her life. Has she a job ? I loved the way the author always brings fun and love in my heart and that always steamy hot scenes are included. Entertaining characters with chemistry and in this case some bantering. And a cool cat.

A freak accident leads Ace to the rescue of his new next door neighbor. Once Genevieve has a glimpse of Ace she is smitten from the beginning. But will her past interfere what could be a future with Ace, also, how will he tell Chance her brother and co-worker he’s falling for his little sister. A whirlwind of romance that light and fun.

The saying goes you have to kiss a few frogs to find the prince. This is a great insta love story between Ace and Genevieve. Genevieve meets her other half when she cuts her finger and Ace enters to take care of it. Ace only has to let Chance, Genevieve's brother, know how much she means to him. Meeewow!

I’m so loving this series. Ace and Gen are second chancer’s of love, but MY favorite is Marbles.
The chemistry is both hot, instant and extremely palpable. This definitely one read for the weekend. I’m so looking forward to seeing Devon and Ivory’s story.

Really like it!

It’s no secret that I have some go-to authors who write short, NSFW and HEA stories I can read during breaks and Kali Hart is one of those authors. This is the latest instalment of the EMS series and I loved it. Ace and Genevieve’s story is meet-cute, Insta-love at its best. Can’t wait for the next one!
