Excellent!
I inherited a very nice kiln but my grandmother had no books on the use of glazes her work was done stains. When I saw this reference I had hope it would give me additional information. I have to say I was impressed. The author started off with a brief history, to the benefits of glaze, and the basics of working with glazes. I really appreciated the information about kilns too. I am super happy I have this book. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.

I have to say that I am very happy with the information that I have received after reading this book. I have access to a huge ceramic shop with molds galore over 2000. So I was very excited to read what I needed to be able to make great works out of the ceramics. This book was very helpful and will be used as a reference later on. If there is anything you question, pretty sure it will be here. Thanks for the great information.
