You know Sansa Rayne’s new series The Masters?
My review of the first book,Reckless is here:
https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

Wild is the prequel, and if you want to know what happened before Ingram and Kate meet, you should read it.
Because it gives you just that little more insight into the how and why before you immerse yourself into that dark, dangerous and delicious world.

The novella that introduces the Masters trilogy will definitely leave you wanting more! Kate is beautiful and intelligent…she is a journalist out to uncover the truth at any cost…even her life! She cozies up to Victor, a very dangerous man. She leads him on only to discover she is in a sticky predicament! Ingram is a hitman employed by Victor. His next target is Kate…but will she be a target or something more? This is going to be a complex series with many surprising twists and scenarios that will thrill the reader…cannot wait to read Reckless!

'Wild' is the prequel in Sansa Rayne's new series, "The Masters" and it's filled to the brim with suspense with a dark side. This is what happens before Kate and Ingram meet and gives the backstory to all that is to come. If this is what I have to look forward to in this series, I can't wait to read "Reckless".

Just enough to get you interested and wanting to find out more. Kate is fierce and determined and not one to back down. I don't think I want to be in her shoes when retribution comes knocking at her door.

I read and reviewed a copy of this book.

This is a great introduction to The Masters Trilogy. This short story is fast paced, filled with action, danger, suspense, and mystery. The world building is captivating. Kate and Ingram are intriguing characters, and I am looking forward to read Reckless, the first book in the series, to know more about them.

A fantastic introduction to The Masters series! I'm looking forward to learning more about Kate Atwood and Ingram Dent especially after seeing both of them in action, so to speak. This is a quick read, with some mystery, suspense, danger and violence. I received an Advance Reader Copy, and this is my voluntary review.

Kate isn’t one to back down and will do anything to get the best story, including encouraging Victor. Although Kate has things carefully in place, she started to wonder if it’s a mistake, Victor doesn’t seem bothered by what she’s set up in case she goes missing.
Ingram is a hitman employed by Victor. Someone tried to take out his life. When it’s discussed that after what Kate Atwood did, she needs to die, Ingram searches her, she’s smart and beautiful and now he’s the hitman to take her out.
