Kat Addams is an author of contemporary romantic comedies. She’s had a passion for making readers laugh since she wrote her first over-the-top comic book at the age of eight, earning her high marks and concerning looks from her grade-school teachers. She’s a graduate of the University of Memphis, where she studied English literature and creative writing, and fell in love with the rom-com genre. Her books can be described as equal parts shameless and heartwarming with a heavy dose of heat.

When she’s not writing about exotic men and daydreaming of worldly travels, you can find Kat in her hometown of Memphis, drinking craft cocktails on patios and raising her mini-me with a girl-power attitude—but not necessarily in that order. In her downtime, she loves to embark on outdoor adventures, empower other women, and lose herself in good books and good music.

Kat satisfies her darker side by writing paranormal romance with wicked humor under the name Fritzi Cox. Fritzi provides Kat with an outlet to cause mayhem and debauchery with an element of suspense. Whether you’re reading a book from either Fritzi or Kat, you’re guaranteed a hilarious adventure.

#1 On the Rox by Katrina Addams

New neighbors find that they have a lot in common.
Both love food, and both are broken from traumatic experiences in their lives. Together, they and their friends find what life is all about.

#2 Love, Lacey Donovan

If you are romantic book nerd, then you will fully appreciate this.
A young lady, with commitment issues, a love of dogs and reading, encounters a guy that tall dark and sensual.
They are the complete opposites, yet they seem to mesh nicely.
Off course there's drama, but that's the best of reading the author's version of the story, in full, you are given the full picture not just brief glimpses of the view.

#3 Loved You Once

Oh, this an incredible first in series.
Yes, it's a romantic love story, a second chance romance, but also about a dysfunctional family that are asked to do the impossible, to save a small town.
I loved it, and I believe you will too.

#4 Love Under Construction

Loved the chemistry between the two main characters, Hunter and Taylor Jane.
Good story!!

#5 Imperfect Chemistry

Most people believe genius means you are smarter than anyone else, in everything.
However, often those that are geniuses in some field, I.e. music, engineering, science etc, are often severely lacking in something else, I.e. emotional connection, language skills, social interactions.
Lucy has all the book information and statistics down pat, she just doesn't understand what emotional ties makes a person a friend.
This is a book of discovery, and whilst reading you may just learn something about yourself.

#6 What I'm Looking For

Two people from diverse backgrounds seem to mesh, in a way that astounds, even them.
Set in the 1980s, it is interesting to see where our lives have changed, due to technological advances.
Looking back, it's mind blowing, the difference between then and our world today. Unfortunately, the discrimination against females still exists, although it's not so blatant today.
The road of love never runs smooth, and off course there's problems along the way, but it is a fantastic story, and an excellent read.

#7 Mixed Signals

She's just gone through a devastating breakup, and fate has her in their sights. She doesn't believe he's suitable for her, therefore he has his work cut out to convince her they are meant for each other.

#8 Too Tempting

Zoey and Zane both had one thing in common, they were reluctant to reveal their true identity to a stranger.
So, one meeting each other, they were two "normal, down to earth people". So friendship develops and so does a very twisted tale.
It's interesting what a spanner in the works can do.

#9 Some Call It Love
Talk about madcap capers, this little romance is hilarious.
I love both Willa and Jameson. They really have great chemistry between them.
The story, in parts, are sad, that a young girl takes on the responsibility of her gambler father. However, there is so many uplifting parts to this saga, they it truly is an emotional rollercoaster.

#10 Moonshine and Magnolias

He came looking for a solution to the family curse, the one that had caused all males in his family line, not to be able to have a sustainable relationship.
She had just inherited the inn, and was in shock, and using efficiency to guard against her underlying emotional turmoil.
Off course they clicked, but how what where and when, are part of this modern day lesson in history of the deep South.

No

I couldn’t even bring myself to finish the first story. Here’s why: Australian f**k flu, rock out with your VAG out, his d**k goes on forever and etc. I am no prude but this book was suppose to be a romantic comedy but instead felt like it was written by a teenager in heat. I am sorry but I just couldn’t.

Nope, nope, nope.

Sorry folks. I'm not a totally prudish old lady , but when there are 5 or more F-bombs in the first ten pages of a book, I don't care to read any farther. I skipped past several books that had at least that many bombs, and decided I didn't want to try and more. I'm deleting the download as soon as I finish this review.

First few books were okay, then it become redundant. I actually kept reading thinking maybe the next author would shake it up a bit. Not so. If you are completely bored and want to read the same story over and over 10 times with different venues and characters go for it. To me it was a waste of time.

I received this anthology via bookbub, and on the whole greatly enjoyed it. There was a mix of authors I was familiar with and others I had not encountered before. I particularly appreciated the fact that these were full novels, not novellas or short stories. Some of them were great and I look forward to discovering more by those authors, and others were fine, but I don't need to go out of my way. On the whole a fun set of stories.

awesome read

There were some really great stories and new authors I have started on. I think only one of them i glossed over but that was by my choice. The one story had me laughing so hard because it was .done in a time before cell phones were common and brings back memories of times when nothing was truly private.

Some of these stories were so awful they should have put been put through a shredder, but some of them were just wonderful! To me it was worth getting the book for the wonderful stories!

A Wonderful Collection

Most of the books in this anthology were very good, amazing even. There were two that I just didn't connect with. Not that they weren't well written but I just didn't get into the storyline as much as the others. A wonderful collection of stories overall!

Mostly read this because it was free. Clearly took me a year to get through, it was downloaded on my phone so whenever I was stuck waiting for something with nothing else to do I read it. Bad editing throughout was only saved by the happily ever after endings of ten mediocre love stories.

My one star is only an indication in my records that this is a first person book, which I simply do not like and never will read. If you have no problem with this genre, ignore my one star.

The problem with anthologies is that they vary so wildly. I wound up removing from my device. I just don't have the energy to talk myself into caring.
