The last thing Rylie needs is a dead body ruining her big day.
Or one of Garrett’s exes.
Love is not jealous.
But Rylie is.
Garrett is the perfect man—rich, mature, breathtakingly gorgeous. Plus, he still wants to marry Rylie after she almost got him killed with her stupid investigations.
But those days are over. No more investigating. Period.
When a snowstorm blows in with a vengeance, they’re all trapped in the lodge together.
And one of them might just be a murderer.
Will they all make it out alive?
And if they do, will Garrett still want to marry Rylie?
Stella Bixby is a native Coloradan who loves to snowboard, pluck at the guitar, and play board games with her family. She was once a volunteer firefighter and a park ranger, but now spends most of her time making up stories and trying to figure out what to cook for dinner.
Another great addition to this series. Even though it probably was my least favorite installment so far it was fun and fast paced....but a bit too far fetched maybe...
Rylie and Garrett's mountain resort wedding is postponed due to a huge snowstorm closing down the road up the mountain. The night and day that they were sequestered at the resort was ruined by Garrett's ex-girlfriend and fiancé being at the resort as well. Eloise lost no time or opportunity to try and steal Garrett back from Riley. And then the bodies started appearing and disappearing...
Riley was the only one with investigative skills, and she handled crisis after crisis beautifully. If only she could handle her life as well.
An exciting mystery reminiscent of a locked door mystery, as the resort was cut off and only the barest bones of staff were there with the few remaining guests. The characters, both familiar and new, were wonderful. Scenic descriptions so vivid you could feel the cold, or smell the blood. Certainly a wedding no one would ever forget!
I admit that once I started reading I was hooked. I shut out the world around me and read non-stop to the end. Wow!!! What an exciting story and I was uncertain what would happen right up to the end. Twists of epic proportions built the excitement page after page. You will love it! I sure did!
It’s time for Rylie’s s big day. Will it go off without a hitch? Of course not! I read Snowed in one sitting. Totally unputdownable! Laughs, romance, and a mystery that only Rylie can solve. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
The long-awaited wedding is about to take place . . .
An exclusive resort, all the loved ones - and some uninvited surprises - the flowers, the food, and the dress - the lace dress - are in place. Riley is understandably nervous enough until one of the resort's guests turns out to be . . .
Garrett's ex . . .
Who is soon found dead . . .
Much as she's determined not to investigate, a snowstorm blocks them in making it imperative that the killer is found before the killer finds other victims.
Resentment, uncertainty, betrayal, and jealousy all play their part in the next few eventful days as Riley and crew are determined to find the culprit.
An unexpected story unfolds, with an equally unexpected ending. I'm looking forward to the next Riley adventure!

This book delivered another great installment to this series! Rylie is finally marrying Garrett and she couldn't be happier. The rehearsal goes really well but then one of Garrett's exes shows up wanting Garrett back. Garrett keeps turning down his exes advances leaving his ex is unhappy and trying to break up the wedding. So when Rylie finds Garrett's ex in a pool of blood; it doesn't look good for the wedding and no help can be reached because of the snowstorm. Now Rylie has another mystery to solve and, with the wedding delayed, time to solve it before she says I do. The mystery keeps you guessing as to what happened and who has done it. I love how the author tells the story and how you can go back to figure out what clues you missed the first time throught the story to see how the conclusion came to be. The twist and turns definitely help make this mystery captivating to the end. Definitely best to read this series in order.
Riley and Garrett about to be married. A snowstorm, a murder, and an ex girlfriend interrupt the celebrations planned. This is Snowed by Stella Bixby.
I loved this book. I could not put it down and read it all in one sitting. I’m a big fan of Riley, the protagonist. She’s always heading into a situation without thinking it through, but somehow always manages to come out of it not too badly damaged. There was great chemistry between the characters. The plot was well done with a murder taking place at a hotel where everyone is snowed in and no one can get in. The author’s writing kept the story moving at a fast pace, and this reader on edge, wanting to know the answers to the mystery.

Stella Bixby's novels are never a disappointment to read. The new Rylie Cooper book is not an exception. It is Rylie's wedding but a snowstorm has occurred causing everyone to be snowed in. What else could happen while being snowed in? Of course, a dead.
Absolutely loved this book. Stella knows how to grab the readers attention from the beginning of the story. I was not able to put this book down until I had finished it completely. I can not wait for the next bookin the series. I definitely would recommend this book to others.
I received an ARC of this book from the author for my honest opinion.
I didn’t enjoy this one. Garrett treated her like trash. It was very uncomfortable to read, and I finished feeling icky. Although she hadn’t been 100% into their relationship, Garrett was. And for him to lie and, in my opinion, emotionally cheat on her was such a 180 for him that I ended up hating him and wishing she had ended up in her ex’s arms kissing him at the end of the aisle. She was treated poorly by her almost husband the entire time. There were better ways for them to part without making Garrett the bad guy and her the pushover.

What a fun cozy mystery! This was my first in the series, and though it was a bit much in the beginning with all the character names being dropped, it was enjoyable even though I hadn't read any other books in the series. I'm not normally a fan of the "snowed in" trope, but this one was well done with some good twists! I'm hoping there is a sequel because I want to find out what happens with the characters next.
It's finally time for Rylie's wedding. But, with a snow storm delaying the wedding as they are snowed in and the rest of the guest and wedding party can't make it there, Garrett's ex-fiancée making an appearance and then Rylie finding her body, along with another death. Will the wedding actually happen?
The wedding we have been waiting for is here, between Riley and Garret. Then in steps an old fiance, her family, Garret's so called friends, and lets not forget the giant lizards. In pure Riley chaos you will pull for her to find the killer in time and marry her man.
Seriously can Riley get a break. This takes mean girls to a whole new level. I love this series. I know she is at the resort to marry Garrett. Disappointing I know! I am totally team Luke. But I am not a fan of someone else breaking up Garrett and Riley. That's just tacky. Why does anyone need to die in this one? WARNING: There are a few scenes that are bit squeamish. Body parts are removed.

Stella Bixby never disappoints! I love rushing headlong into a mystery with Rylie. Wedding day excitement, Garrett’s ex girlfriend, a dead body…….what more could a girl want for her wedding day? Rylie can’t catch the bouquet until she catches the murderer. This is a wonderful series!
Rylie and Garrett are getting married, maybe. A huge snowstorm has half of the wedding party stranded apart. The really great part! Garrett's ex-fiance is stranded with Rylie, Garrett and her family. Hilarity, murder and mayhem ensues.
So, I totally binge read this entire series in two days. I don’t remember a time I’ve done that and this book was, by far, the best. The only crappy part is I have to wait until next YEAR to read the next one. Awesome series though!
Could not even finish this one; about 65 percent in & the nonsense “drama” was overdone & i could bot waste any more time- have really liked the others, til now.
My favorite story to date in this series! I was patiently waiting for the wedding to happen. Add in the chaos that happens, Rylie's family joining the mix and a dead body and it's an adventure. I had to see how the romance played out and I was thrilled!! Can't wait for more!
