TLDR: it gave me some ideas in what to change next, but it did not provide me with complete (or even half-complete) solution. It has some controvential parts.
WHAT I DIDN’T LIKE: - the author shows only one path (as if we were all starting from the same spot), - some information seem odd (like it’s fine your baby vomits from stress), - swaddling, BLW, white noise - it’s so obvious to the author that it should be used (it really, really depends - read the safety guidelines first!).
Issues that bother me, but are purely personal preferences, so those may be fine for you: - there’s quite a lot of copy-pasted text in chapters showing day-by-day schedule per age, - the confidence that it will be better after just a few days and in 2 weeks time it will be great, is a bit irritating, - the interval method is a no-go for me.
WHAT WAS OK: - sleep theory - but I knew most of it already, - it did help me organize my knowledge.
