I rolled my eyes at A Wife for Owen Chase more than once, because Kristine Rolofson gets way too poetic in spots and the lines try too hard to sound deep. And yet a few moments hit me right in the chest, and those carry the whole thing. Forgive some overreach and you'll be fine, but if cheesy bugs you, steer clear.
