What a way to end it

There is a reason Bolling is an award winning author! The Heart Series was amazing. I didn't want it to end but she wrapped it up perfectly. Honestly, I read this series in a little over a week. That's his good it was. I couldn't put it down. Now I'm moving on to the Brook's family values, which I can imagine will be just as good! I'm hoping some of my favorite characters from The Heart series will still show up a little in the next series!

This was truly an amazing series, Ms Iris had you from the begininng and as the end was approaching I tried to slow the reading, NOT, couldn't wait to see what would happen next. I even tried reliving some of the scences by sharing them with family and friends. The characters in this series show you how one could love, forgive, support one another and throw down at a moments notice....women were included..." propensity to violence", could we all have it, hum, makes you think! I have to wonder though if this is really the end, because Joshua, who you can help butt love hasn't had his proper due. Please tell me he is the Gem & Gent series at least.

Fellow readers I will have to insist you check this one out, its one for the shelf, my is nestled away for now! I know this review may be a little vague, trust me once I got started all kinda spoilers would be in here, just trust this reader, I do with you all the time.

Definitely the best of the series, and what a great way to end. Turk was my favorite from the very first book with the way he protected his family at all costs. He was always in the background as the protector, so it was great to see him find his match with Ryan. From the previous books, I never pictured Turk as a lover, but boy did he prove me wrong in this book. Him and Ryan had some hot and heavy love scenes that will definitely have you blushing. It was great to see JD get the Presidency. He is like our very on fiction President Obama. What I really loved is how this crew stuck together, they were always there for each other no matter what. I really love me some Joshua. I really hope him and Monique get their own story because I know it will be magnetic. The series as a whole was quite enjoyable.

If you haven't read all the books, definitely read them in order:
Once You've Touched The Heart
The Heart of Him
Look Into My Heart
A Heart Divided
A Lost Heart

The 6th and final book in The Heart Series. So much going on with this novel. Al Day Tracy Harrison's older brother who has protected her all of her life finally learns to love a woman heart, mind, body and soul. In this final installment there is happily ever after, new life, life lost and healings that take place both physically and mentally. I have been so engrossed in this series I have been able to do little but read for the last week. Everyone does not like a good romance story but I promise you, you will come away feeling like you have a whole new family and you will really feel like you've taken a journey with each and every couple. I hate this was the last one but what a ride! Thanks Iris for a wonderful series. I anticipate many more in the future!

Excellent series and I am sad that it has come to an end. All the men were strong and powerful….and when a man loves a woman there is nothing to stop them from protecting and loving them with a fierce love. Al “Turk” is so poetic and I love his smooth demeanor. How fitting the series ends with him finding love. I am eagerly awaiting for the Lassiter series and hopefully we get some updates on the cast of characters in the heart series. I truly hope one day the heart series becomes a movie or miniseries on Lifetime. It’s that good and more!

Iris Bollings Hart Series is a very good series. Her characters are one of the family. Her men are storng and so are her women. They have have a weak spot that makes them human. They are people that support one another and they are fiercely loyal. I was glad to see Alfinally give his heart to Ryan as they both needed love. Read the series for yourself and see if you come up with the same feelings as I have for these characters.

And the Beat goes on

This is a powerhouse of a story with Al and Ryan and the Harrison clan . Laughter, joy love, hatred and bigotry are played out in these pages. A wedding and birth in the White house are icing on the cake. Fabulous read and I enjoyed every minute.

The Heart by Iris Bolling

Its So Hard To Say Goodbye

This is absolutely my favorite all time series. I am sadden to see it end but overjoyed to see what Ms. Bolling has in store for her readers next.  I can honestly say she is my favorite author and without of doubt I will read anything she puts out. She is brilliant with pen to paper or fingers to keys which ever method she uses. I can go on and on about this author’s work, I am just short of yelling it from the hill tops! I will tell anyone who will listen that Ms. Iris Bolling is the business and you will be missing masterpieces if you pass on her work.

In book six the final book we follow the heart of Al "Turkey" Day who from book one was my favorite sub character. What a pleasure to end with his story it just seem so befitting.  We learn so much about him in the book that what you thought you knew, you have no idea. All the favorites are back JD and Tracy Harrison en route to The White House, Donovan Tucker, James and Ashley Brooks, Brain and Caitlyn, Samuel and Cynthia Lassiter, Joshua "Absolute" Lassiter, Douglas Hylton, Calvin and Jackie Johnson, Carolyn and Gavin, John and Lena Roth, and Monique Day who is not the rebellious teen we last met among others. There were so many answers that came out ones I never knew I needed answers to so this series truly comes full circle. There is so much within these pages you will be up late to see how its going to end. I was up late with each and every book so this wasn't a surprise to me. Consider this my warning you will lose sleep reading this series.

While I usually give some of the plot I dont want to ruin it for any of the loyal readers. Just tune in and know that yes she lives up to the hype. If your familiar with Ms. Bolling’s work know you won’t be disappointed as she has kept her voice fresh and new. If you’re not, let me give you the order so you wont miss a beat.
Book one: Once You've Touched The Heart. Book two: The Heart Of Him. Book three: Look Into My Heart. Book four: A Heart Divided. Book five: A Lost Heart.
So what are you waiting for you have some catching up to do. Don't forget I told you, you would enjoy this series.

There comes a time in your life when you just want to give something 10 stars.... and this book is it. First let me say the whole series will keep you up for days. The characters are so authentic, the author literally has you in room with the characters overlooking each scene. The drama starts at the opening of the book and concludes on the final page. You will find yourself cheering out loud at and for the characters that you have grown to love. In this final chapter we re-visit JD and Summer, Ashley and James, Cynthia and Samuel, Carolyn and Gavin, Tucker, Turk and all the others, and catch up with their lives for the last few years. Trying very, very hard not to give anything away, for example the jacuzzi scene had me in tears). This book should have been called waiting to exhale, cause when it was over, I realized that I had been holding my breath. Al " Turk" day showed us that he is mighty, mighty good man, who will go to ANY lengths to protect what's his!!! Excellent book, get it, you will be so glad you did.

You sure know the hearts and minds of that other culture!

This story so epitomizes the mindset and behavior of that murderous group that believe themselves to be better than, above everyone else, and the only group worthy of being privileged! Sadly, they want to suppress their history thinking to do so they can fool people about their true evil nature, not! The things they did to try and keep JD from ascending to the Peoples' House is so reminiscent of the mindset and behavior of the former head of the senate towards President Obama! How your stories so mirror the political climate of this nation is uncanny! The evil visited upon the Harrison's and their extended family and friends and how those evil masterminds met some their demise and others incarceration gives me hope but not in this system. Honestly so much takes place in this story that I just cannot comment on it all! I can say I am glad A1 has joined the inner circle of the president elect and has joined his new set of friends as a married man! I understand why these books are called the Heart Series because all of the ones I have read thus far, tugs at the heartstrings! Still another great story Mrs. Bolling, a really great story to be sure!!!!!!!

Another winner

I enjoyed reading this book by Iris Billing. I started reading this series years ago and am just catching back up with them. The women in the series are fierce, they don't take no mess from anyone and I like how they always have each other's back. I love Tracy's character and how Ryan is there to protest her. They have a great bond even though she works for Tracy. Most of women in the series makes great companions and they all keep their men in check and have good relationships. Can't wait to read the next book.

Al "Turk' Day has paid his debt to society. He is part of security team for President JD Harrison. He has feelings for Morgan Ryan Williams who also part of the security team. The story of how his mother, sister and friends put him and Ryan is situations so they would be finally act on the feelings they had for each other were so funny. He finally talked to his mother Lena Roth to ask why she was such a horrible mother. Al was the one who took care of his sisters. He was especially protective of his sister Tracy Harrison.

I know this was Al and Ryan's story mostly. This book pulled me in and didn't let go until the last page. Errbody was in this book, Harrisons, Lassiter's, Brooks, Day's, etc.

I got some of everything following the next stage of JD's journey to the WH. Love, lust, action, danger, intrigue, and suspense. It was non stop. I wanted to read faster to see what would happen next and wanted to slow down to savor everything at the same time.

Every time I think the next book can't be better than the last, Iris Bolling proves me wrong. I cannot imagine what is coming next.

One amazing muscle!

It loves, hates, and breaks. You have no control of these emotions. Yet the Heart is a constant area of extremely mixed emotions minute by minute. While every book in this series tugs at your emotions this books shows the soul of every character. Well done. Next!

Excitement, pleasure, bonds of friendship and family

I like the way Ms Bolling intertwined the characters from the first to the last of this Heart series. Each book builds upon the other as we get to know everyone.

This was a solid read. 3.5 stars easily. However, I've wanted Turk's story since book 1 and I feel like even though he was present in this book and it's clear that he and Ryan were the romantic focus, I just wished that there was more Al in this book than we really got.

Loved Al and Ryan's story. There was so much more to Al than people thought. The children were smart and funny. This book was filled with sisterhood, brotherhood, love, bigotry and a little more.❤❤
