Transformable is one of those must-have business books that should be in the library of every business professional or leader. Angie guides the reader through 5 distinct phases of transformation in a practical, insightful manner. The material is presented in an engaging fun way throughout the chapters, and it can be useful to anyone, whether at a large company or small, or going through a massive transformation or something simpler. This is not a slog through pages and pages of dry text - Angie's style of writing is very personable, and it's very easy to take the lessons learned in the chapters and apply them to real-life scenarios. I'd highly recommend this book to anyone that wants lead change, but its scope is better than that. This is also a fantastic book for anyone that wants to be a better leader and team member, or anyone that wants to understand today's business world better. Angie brings her depth of experience, extensive knowledge, and communication skill together to craft one of those rare finds in today's business publication world - a book that is engaging, fun, and incredibly useful to many. Great work!

With fun comics, a clear voice, and real experience, Tuglus takes a people-centric approach to business transformation and makes it feel possible. I enjoyed the humor in the tales and pitfalls, which is hard to find in the dry world of business books. Especially the Just Technology pitfall. And the framework and guidance helped me better understand some of my own experience and helped lay a path for what to do next time.
