Alexei takes one look at Anastasia and know that she is his, but unfortunately, she belongs to another. Will the Wish Maker be able to make his dreams come true? Plenty of drama, suspense and steam. Great characters with plenty of twists and turns as well as intense chemistry and emotions. I loved it.

The Wish Maker is at it again in the Billionaire's Secret Club book 11. Alexei Antonov sees Anastasia Dobrow and knows that no one else can compare. Unfortunately she is with another powerful man/rival, Viktor Gurin. His friend tells him about the Wish Maker who will find his heart's desire. After his father's death, Alexei is trying to steer his family's businesses to be legal but begins dealing with Viktor, just so he can see Anastasia. Viktor is ruthless and will not accept any disloyalty from anyone, especially Anastasia. Alexei needs to step very carefully because his life, Anastasia's, as well as his mom and sister are on the line. When the Wish Maker connects Alexei to Anastasia he knows it's fate. He has to come up with a plan.
Alexei is a good guy that is trying very hard to make something for his family. Anastasia is supposed to be smart but other than carrying a Tolstoy book we don't get evidence of that. Viktor is the villain. He is conniving and maniacal. He is written well and is easily pictured as slimy. The end for me happens too fast. It is almost like 'I need to wrap this up' type ending. After Alexei tries to come up with a plan, it falls flat. Although I love that Viktor gets his comeuppance.

Tempted is the eleventh book in The Billionaire's Secret Club series and is the story of Alexei Antonov and Anastasia Dobrow. This is an insta-love story but it is slow building for these two as there is a third person standing in the way, Viktor Gurin. Viktor is Anastasia's boyfriend and he is also Alexei's business and personal rival. Viktor is ruthless and uncompromising, which also includes with loyalty from Anastasia. But when Alexei gets the Wishmaker involved he is in fact matched with his true hearts desire.....Anastasia. Now the issue is how does Alexei get Anastasia away from Viktor without causing a war and retribution on them and his family and business. Alexei comes up with a plan but will it work?
This is a fast-paced and enthralling book. The characters are nicely developed and the story-line kept me on the edge of my seat several times. This was a pleasurable read.

I'm an avid fan of this series, I've read all the books in it and whenever a new one is released I wonder will the author be able to keep up the standard? Well, the short answer is yes, she most definitely has with this one about Alexei and Anastasia.
The blurb for the book tells you what to expect but what the blurb doesn't say is just how well-crafter the characters are or how palpable the chemistry and connection between Alexei and Anastasia is. Is it worth risking so much to be together? In my opinion yes it is!
The plot is well thought out, there's drama and intrigue, attraction and desire, lust and love all wrapped up in a wonderfully, dark and delicious romance. So if you like some dark mixed in with your romance read this book, you won't be disappointed.

Alexi believes it, and there's nothing that's going to stop him to free Anastasia from a ruthless man and claim her as his own as he's wanted to from the moment he met her. He's just hoping the gamble will pay off.......
C.C.Piper delivers the drama and the tension with Tempted. You can't help but be figured and keep turning the pages. Plus knowing the Wish Maker is always ready for a new adventure, you can't help but want to know what will happen next!

I enjoyed reading this book. Even though it was about the Wish Maker. Alexei and Anastasia met on a yacht where she was forced to be with another man. Alexei’s friend told him about the wish maker and she set him up with Anastasia, it was love at first sight. This book has more drama to it which kept me interested. With a little switcheroo Alexei gets his revenge and the girl. I am looking forward to seeing what these authors will come up with next. Great Job C.C. Piper

Alexei wants the one wan he cant have Anastasia belongs to Viktor a cruel man, one he must work with if he wants to keep Anastasia within his sights. After taking over his fathers buosness Alexei wants to make things more legal but his heart has him torn. Can a wish maker make his wish come true, but at what cost? This is well written with an engaging story and chemestry sizzling characters

Anastasia is basically “owned” by the brutal Victor. Her beauty is on display for others to covet.
Alexei’s father worked closely with Victor, but Alexei has worked to legitimize all his endeavors. He is willing to extend his dealings with Victor to remain close to Anastasia.
An impossible situation, a deadly attraction. Sizzling interactions and an emotional read.

This is the story about Alexei and Anastasia.I absolutely loved the first person point of view of the story. This is a huge deal breaker for me. When he sees Anastasia he knows that she's it for him and he will do anything to have her. Even fight the bad guys.

This series is getting better and better!! I love these short stories and the characters are quite interesting. I love the small epilogues and the interconnected stories. And I definitely love the wish maker!!!

Alexie & Anastasia are great characters. It was an exciting & entertaining read. I received a copy of the book. And am voluntarily leaving my review.

This book was good but it was definitely not my favorite, it was hard to read at times and it was boring. There were very few moments that excited me throughout the book.
