I think this book was the best book in the series so far. It was the best book in the series so far because Runt "Ironfurnace" actually got new armor. H also got to battle abut like 10 slimes, 20 creepers, 15 zombies and 20 skeletons. The most exiting part in the book was when Herobrine and Notch actually battled! This book is also very humorous. It is very humorous when the villagers go "HHHHHHUUURRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG" . It is funny because right before the villager "HHHHHHHHHUUUUURRGs" , the villager says something funny. AND.. it turns out that the Endermen are actually on the village's side. In this book Runt and his friend also caught a creeper!!!!!!!! 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

HEROBRINE IS COMING FOR YOU.

AND YOU, AND YOU

YEAH, YOU TOO.

OH, AND THAT COW OVER THERE. (PLUS THAT GUY HIDING IN THE TREE
)

THE NEXT BOO oops, got a little carried away with the whole caps and bold speaking... Excuse me.

Anyway, the next book in the Diary of an 8-Bit Warrior series is once again a banger. As we het to see more of Emerald the village "heroine", Runt and Stump get some pretty snazzy outfits, Project Danger Kitty II strikes, we learn a little more about the mysterious Breeze character and Runt's Minecraft analogies are as hilarious as ever!

This honestly is a bit more special to me because this was the first book I read in this series. Yes yes I know I started with the third book in the series, I didn't know at the time. Which doesn't mean you should start with this book if you haven't read the others.

Anyway, I noticed how much this book world builds for the upcoming entries to the series and it's really awesome to see how Cube Kid already began his break away from Minecraft in the early books. That being said it is still very Minecrafty and there aren't many RPG elements yet.

August 2021 Review

Uhh, it was honestly very short and not helpful at all.

I rated this 4 stars because it has lots of adventure and action but it isn't that violent. It's really fun and has mystery. You don't know what is going to happen next. There are lots of surprises and stuff. I think people that have read Minecraft books or people that play Minecraft or read Mazerunner might like this book.

This book was a rollercoaster, but another great one in the series.
I'm excited to pick up the fourth book!

I enjoyed this book because I love Minecraft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also enjoyed this book because I liked the part when Runt blew up a whole army of monsters. I also enjoyed this book because I liked the part when I saw a picture that Runt drew with another whole army of monsters and put a sign on it that said, "I might go down one day, but not like that."

This was a good book, and a while back I got curious, because I like minecraft, and picked it up! It is a really good third book, very good for people who want a graphic novel/novel type of book. It is nice to have the pictures to see what everything looks like!

Not Just For Kids!

I read this entire series with my son and I'm pretty sure I enjoyed it just as much as he did, and he LOVED it. I literally could not wait until bedtime to read the next chapter with him. In fact, I had to resist the temptation to read ahead during the day, even though I cought him doing just that several times!

One of the cool things about this series is that you don't have to have ever played Minecraft to get into it. In fact, we started playing Minecraft because of you series rather than the other way around.

Reading the end of book 6 was a little bittersweet. We kind of dragged it out a little bit, not knowing whether or not there will ever be another book in the series. We actually read both both of the Nether Kitten books before even starting this series (which I also HIGHLY recommend), so now we're just waiting and hoping that Cube Kid will write more.

To Cube Kid: you have an amazing talent as an author and there are a lot of people that really enjoy your work. I really hope that you return to writing soon and that you find the success that you deserve.

This book is full of well drawn illustrations and unique characters, it is at the top of every Minecraft book ever made-Waffle Inc.

Star Rating:5/5

This book is about a villager/warrior who is 12 and still training in school. There are a whole bunch of groups within the school when the children have enough time to hang out, some of the teams are called, Team Redstone, Team Noob, Team Pebble and Team Runt.
The villager is named Runt and some of his friends are named Emerald, Max and Breeze. This book is in the series called Diary of an 8 Bit Warrior. This book does not rhyme very much. They live in a village with 5 block high walls of cobblestone. If they get into the top 5 they can become captains of a group of warriors and they could be assigned wall guards or scouts or something different. There is also this kid who is the leader of Team Pebble, his name is Pebble and he and his gang are always bullying people, especially Team Runt. My favourite part is when they discover the Eye of Herobrine. This book is 255 pages long so if you are a slow reader it will probably take you more time than fast readers.I would say that this book is a pretty easy read, it does not have very many confusing or big words in it.

The book is about a villager boy named Runt and he wants to be one of his village’s warriors. There is a bad guy called Herobrine. Herobrine is the leader of the mobs ( monsters ) and is very dangerous. With the recent mob attacks, Runt’s training is getting very tough. When the last attack in the book happened, everyone found out that the mobs really are getting smarter and stronger and there will be more and more attacks.
I enjoy this book as it includes action, comedy and fun and is also very enthralling. My favourite characters are Runt and his friend named Breeze. I like Runt because he is courageous and funny. I like Breeze because she is smart, strong and pretty. My favourite scene is a part where there was a not-so smart attack on Runt’s village. I really like that part as it is dramatic and a bit heart-warming. ( Pages 196 ~ page 233. )
The only part that I didn't really like was the abrupt endings at the end of each series. Other than that, I like the rest of the book.
I would give this book 5 stars. I would recommend this book to my classmates as I think kids my age (about 10 years old ) would like this book as these days, those kind of kids like to play Minecraft and read those kind of books.

The author uses a combination of cartoons and different drawings, which made this book more interesting. The plot is NOICE and T H I C C. The only part that made me a little confuzzeled was that the main character "Runt" has TWO friends that are girls, which is very sus.

Impossible dreams coming true? In Cube Kids Diary of an 8-Bit Warrior: Crafting Alliances that's exactly what happens. In all of Cube Kids books, they are filled with thrilling moments! In this book, the main character pulls off some sick moves! The author also puts people in suspense. When you are expecting a character to tell someone's punishment, it changes to a whole other scene! This book can be scary at some points. This occurs when a bully tries to kill someone! The author is also really good at making certain character EXTRA sarcastic. This occurs with one of the main characters, Emerald. This book is great for anyone looking for a book that has Thrilling, Insanely Epically Awesomely Sick moments, and sarcasm!

More adventures of Runt that are still more engaging than I think they should be. Cube Kid has built a wide and deep cast of characters—villagers, classmates, and visiting humans. Runt and his friends face the usual kid school challenges of competition, belonging, and budding relationships. Further deft development of the Runt/Breeze relationship (there’s one moment that carries real and unexpected emotional depth), even more clever Minecraft twists (the scenes with the kids building “tests” for the mob outside the wall are hysterical), and more existential crisis for the humans when a whole bunch of them arrive and struggle with the behavior of what they think are NPCs. And to top it off, an epic battle between competing “gods” of Minecraft. Another fun outing!

Still pretty good, I don't know if I like how Notch and Herobrine are wizards tbh and we're kinda getting a lot of characters like did we even need more humans? Plus Steve and Mike have been shafted to the side, like Steve is the main human to me I feel like he shouldn't have been sidelined like this, but with so many characters I guess it's inevitable, but still.

Also I always loved Breeze and Runt they're so cute. I don't like Emerald and Kolbert though she's 12 and he's 15 unless Emerald will also turn 13 soon then yeah... no. Still love this book though don't get me wrong!

Extremely Good! 😀😊

This book is a great book for Minecraft fans. I've read many Minecraft books before. Seeing the life in Minecraft as a Villager is interesting. The pictures are also really good. Though I wish they had more color in the future books. Recommended to all Minecraft fans.

This is my favorite fiction book series I own the whole series and have read the whole series about 6 times and I will probably read the whole series another 15! So I highly recommend this book. The one where Runt recruits Emerald & Breeze, yells at Herobrine, and his village starts working with humans.

My absolute favorite book about Minecraft I might actually enjoy. I mean, who doesn't like this(spoiler alert)? I'd say this is my favorite mostly because Runt had that really cool idea about the ender pearl and the flint and steel, also because it was most funny(my opinion). Like, who doesn't like the drip of Runt's cloak? 5 star.

An excellent sequel. It keeps the same vibes of being humorous and light-hearted while getting me invested in the story. I'm just as eager as my son to know what happens next. Runt is growing too, maturity-wise, which is a nice change of pace for young adult books. (A lot of times, I find that the MC's character growth is minimal or nonexistent.

It's a great book all to gather. My favorite character is Runt he's the main character he's now super skill at fighting farming and building. What surprised me most is how cool Breeze is. now that I think of it Breeze is my favorite character. It's a cliff hanger so no I wood no change the ending. and most of my buddy's wood love it.

The third book in Runt's adventures in Minecraftia. There is a lot of building, team work, and clever mobs. My seven-year-old son loves these books. He wanted me to go to the library last night after we finished this one to get the fourth book!

It’s just a good book in general. Though some parts are a little cheesy. Also, when the author tries to use sarcasm, it’s not that easy to detect it, and you get confused because you think the character believes something he hates.
