The Final Say

Rate this book
The past never looked so good…but can the truth destroy what we have?

I know he is a good man…a fine specimen and an attentive lover. He tells me everything I want to hear. I want to believe we can have a life together.

Bryan is trying to fool me. He thinks I won’t know. Nothing is going to be right until I can rid myself of the past. It haunts me. What they did to me is inexcusable.

At least Cameron is trying to show me the goodness inside. Yet, the same thing can be said for Bryan. He wants a second chance. Pretending to put on a brave face is hard.

Bryan’s idea of making up for the way he treated me is to do it all over again.

The idea of going back to who I was scares me. Letting him back in would be easy.

They act like little boys—like I’m some kind of trophy..

Things are going to get worse before they get better. I deserve to find happiness. It remains to be seen if I can find it. Cameron is the one that got away.

When will it all stop? How can I choose Cameron? Why should I give in to those overwhelming feelings? Bryan is never going to let me go. I see that now.

What will it take to finally cut the cord and move forward?

After getting out of college, Hannah's dream was to become a bestselling author. Do to the success of Hannah's first book "Crossing Lines- Forbidden Cross" her dream became a reality. The book became a #1 Erotic thriller. Hannah would like to thank her fans as she could not have done it without them. When she isn't writing captivating, seductive, ravishing reads she likes to go on hikes, work out, o and be dominated in the bedroom. She is also a dare devil as she will do anything from bungee jumping to cliff diving and she's not afraid to back down from a challenge. When she is not doing life threating things, she is most likely sitting in her NYC apartment wrapped up in a blanket with a glass of wine petting her roommates dog Miles watching Netflix. So if this is your first time here, pick a read and settle in. I'm here to give you a taste of something enticing if you dare.

No more fear

Constance / Julie finally found her self once she had someone to encourage her and supported who she really to be, Conner was that person. Rhe story of their past finally came to the front. They were able to talk about how he made her feel in the past and his reasons why he was the way he was. Bryan was one mentally desturbe person with a gun. He was mad at women because his mother lefted him as a child. He mistreated all women that crossed his path. Julie tried to leave him several times but he controlled her mind the believed all the bad things he said about her. Once she thought she got away from him, she started a relationship with Connor. When Bryan found her again, he was determined to get rid of Connor. When Connor fought back, Bryan was surprised because Connor had no fear of him and was determined to protect Julie at all cost. This is when Julie was decided to defend her self. Good read. I liked the ending.
