I have been telling this story for years and finally decided to put it in writing to share with all the children of the world. I put this story line together with a Middle Eastern background. It is where I created and shared this story with many Iraqi children. Islam has angels too and I do believe that with all of the hatred that is in this world, children should never be a part of it. This story explains diversity. I told this story to explain how wrong it is to hate other people because of how they pray, the color of another’s skin, or where they are from. The mistreatment of others because they are hungry or hurt. The story touches on bullying and being mean for no reason. The prince in this story is responsible for spreading hate throughout the kingdom. With the help of an evil genie, he feels that he is entitled to have the kingdom for his own to rule by lying and stealing the love of others. The only way to break this cycle is to teach our children now. Don’t let them learn from another who has been contaminated by narrow minded thinkers or the perpetuators of ugliness and the worst of all racism. This book is great for those who believe that our children of tomorrow have a chance to make it. Much love to everyone and I hope that you enjoy.
This is a wonderful book that teaches children about diversity. Great for teachers and parents who have the desire to make the world a better place without racism and hatred.
