Idk if this deserves the rating that it has. It definitely has a lot going on and a slight pacing problem. It kinda reestablishes the magic system and history, which kind takes you out of the tried and true hp verse. But, the premise is rather interesting and unique.
I read this like a year ago tho, so my recollection is spotty.
