captivating - sweet steamy mafia read
Wow! I really enjoyed reading Luca and Ashlynn’s love story. It was so angsty in the beginning. You know that kind that pulls at your chest, and then it relaxes when they finally get together. Gold!
I liked the push pull between Luca and Ashlynn. She was a really strong character and didn’t give up hope on Luca. She stood her ground and stood up to him. Luca, our broody sexy Mafia Boss, was the one who fought so hard to be with Ash. But the heart wants what it wants. When he finally realized that, whoo he was so sweet and swoony. Loved it!
I blew through this book. Not only did the chemistry between Luca and Ash have my attention, but so did the mystery part of the story. I look forward to reading Gio’s story. This is book 1 of 3 in the Mariano Family series.

This book was that second chance love story I LOVE to read about. Always makes it seem as though everything in life happens for a reason. It keeps your heart in the book and also keeps you on your toes. Katelyn did an amazing job writing this story and gives everything you want out of it❤️

This book is amazing! It sucks you in from the beginning and doesn’t let you go. I sat down in the morning to start it and did not stop reading until i was finished. It has all the great aspects you want in a mafia romance book! Can’t wait to read more by this author!!!

Loved 💖
I rarely step out of my usual PNR books but came across the aesthetic for this book on Instagram and knew I had to read it 💖 who doesn't love a good second chance romance where the bad boy gets the girl.
Ashlynn is a Senators daughters and Luca was the helps son they fell in love as teenagers stealing glances and secret night hidden beneath the stars but when they're caught their world is ripped apart and they never see eachother again. But 7 years later after another boring date with a suitor her father set her up with she comes face to face with the young boy she fell in love with in her backyard making some shady deal with her dad b4 she's whisked away to his estate. But Luca isn't the boy she once knew he's hardened in their absence and he's now the Don of the local mob that rules her city.
Thrust into a world she never knew existed under her nose and in the middle of a turf war Ashlynn will have to decide if she's willing to risk her heart a second time and take Luca as the man he is now...
Betrayal will come from those least suspected and staring down the barrel of a gun will become her new life but Luca Mariano is nothing less than ruthless with those who threaten to take away the woman he's always considered his and he'll burn down the world to fight to keep her at his side 🥺🥺

Inevitable is a second chance, mafia, romance. I found the story to be suspenseful, fast paced, and action packed. I aas drawn in from the beginning. Ashlynn and Luca fell in love, but they were torn apart. Even with the years apart Ashlynn still loves him, and wonders what happened to him. However she is in for a few surprises, and her life will never be the same again. I do have to say I didn't really care for Ashlynn at times. She seemed too meek at times, I wanted to shout! "Stand up for yourself girl!"
This is a debut novel, and I thought the author did a pretty good job with it. I would like to read the next book in this trilogy, as I'm intrigued by some of the secondary characters.

Great Book
I absolutely adore Luca & Ashlynn and their story from being teenagers in love who were ripped apart by her evil Dad.
I wanted to give Luca a slap when he first reunites with Ashlynn even if I understand he didn’t want the mafia life for her.
Great storyline and read this in less than a day, also some great side characters with Gio & Kiki and I adored Alessandro he was too cute with Seraphina.
Going to download book 2 to see what happens next.

I love Ashlynn and Luca they are so adorable! They're tension and love for each other jumped off the pages. You can feel the immense love and care they held for one another with each word. I loved reading their story. The action in the 3rd act oh chefs kiss! I figured out the twist pretty early on (I also thought about 600 other twists that were probably not even thought of lol) but it was still so satisfying to read the resolution! This was a great book!

Finished book but . . .
So Luca & Angel, whilst the book started off great, it slowly died a death for me. Couldn't stand the constant use of numbers ie 25, 1000, for me these should be written ( twenty-five etc). When main characters lives are in danger, she goes off for a drive on her own !!! . Sorry but you lost me there . Unfortunately won't be continuing on in the series

In the beginning I was loving it. I can’t quite put my finger on what was off with this book. I am a little picky when it comes to mafia books so maybe that’s it🤷🏼♀️
I felt this book would move really fast then slow way down. The way the main characters talked to each other was a little cringy at times.
I wouldn’t not recommend this book. Just go in with an open minded.

For someone who loves some action and romance this was the perfect book! Super in depth descriptions that made me feel like I was the main character and living her life as i read. Can’t wait to read the second book!

You won't want to put this one down! Katelyn Taylor's words come to life on these pages. The sarcasm and sass are delicious! Full of danger, betrayal, heartbreak, steam, romance and true love. It is Inevitable you will fall for this book!

Luca and Ashlynn have a second chance but will they get or will the dangers lurking keep them apart again? It is pretty fast paced and the mmc's lives are not easy especially when she knocked out and taken. It is doesn't have alot of spice but there are some heated scenes.

Inevitable was a fast paced drama filled mafia novel with enough twists and turns to give you whiplash. It sucked you in right from the epilogue and started with a bang. I loved how you see where the characters started and then where they currently are. How much they’ve changed and struggle to reignite the relationship they started with. Obviously easier said than done, but the back and forth fighting the attraction we all know was there is like watching a car accident in slow motion, tragic yet you can’t look away.

I loved this!
I really enjoyed the plot and storyline. I read it on kindle first and I just bought a physics al copy on Amazon because I enjoyed it that much. If you like mafia romance, I defiantly would suggest this!! Katelyn is a great writer!
