Rayne lives in the Arizona desert, free to leave her house whenever she wants, she chooses not to risk death by sweltering sun demons. Instead, she stays safely indoors with a computer and all the words she knows, slapping them together in any which way she chooses in the moment.
Often gory, sometimes erotic. She loves the limitless boundaries of writing, and tends to push them toward extreme.

I had the pleasure of reading this as a paperback. It's a monster. I was so excited when I opened the mail and it was this bad boy. It's no secret that I'm a Rayne fan.

The story range from some of her most violent, to some of her more detailed works. The variety is awesome and is sure to satiate any reader's needs for some good fun horror.

Another great collection of short stories that will both excite and scare you to death. Not for the faint of heart, but if you love horror and we'll written books then give this one a go. Not usually a fan of supernatural stuff, but in a couple of these, ya it totally worked.

I got both Collection books from Rayne Havok and I just finished VOL 2.

After I was done reading VOL 1 I didn't think the stories couldn't get any better.
BOY WAS I WRONG.

Killstreme and Necrosis are my favorite stories from this collection.

Rayne deserves a crown and a throne for these masterpieces!

Her stories are violent, extreme and erotic. Never ever did I think I would like stories/books like this but omg these stories are everything!

This is extreme on every lever so these stories are not for everyone - just a heads up. But if this is your cup of tea, be prepared for a ride!

From the blistering realism of Boys Will Be Boys, to one of my favourite stories to date, Killstreme, this second collection doesn't disappoint. It's full of Havok's trademark erotic horror, sex splashed with blood on every page.

Just the way I like it.

But enough about me. There's some absolutely cracking stories in here, and there isn't a dud among them. Six stars. Wait. Seven. What do you mean it only goes to five? Seven, dammit.

Okay everyone, this one here is absolutely bonkers good! Vol 2 collects 6 novellettes from Rayne Havok and each one is different, brutal, and fantastic!!! Each story quickly pulls you in and the writing is extremely smooth. Boys Will Be Boys will make you never want to go on a hike again! The Other Place will have you avoiding Tarot Shops like the plague! Tantalize will make you wary of your nice, friendly neighbor! Killstreme will make you never explore the depths of the Dark Web! Daddy Issues is why you should never use dating apps to meet someone! Necrosis will have you stay far away from your local strip club! All of these stories are depraved but also great character studies. Rayne has been on my TBR list for a while and I am so happy that I finally got around to reading her. Extreme horror done right!!! Going to read Vol. 1 as soon as possible. Get this collection pronto if you dare mwahahahaha

Wow, great collection of short stories! If you love horror and gritty storytelling, you are sure to enjoy this collection. Even better than Volume 1! This author takes the truly horrifying thoughts that humans may have and turns them into stories that build throughout each chapter, often leading to one final revealing horror. Twists, turns and terrors!

An Anthology of short stories written by Rayne Havok, which are all pretty good and have a bit more depth in them than I expected. Continue the review to read the descriptions and themes in each story - but there will be spoilers with the themes listed in each story.

Boys will be Boys - when a group of teen boys who decided to go "a-raping" meet a group of girls who just want to enjoy a hike - Psychological, Horror, Rape, Abuse

The Other Place - a young woman takes over her deceased mothers New Age shop and isn't as nice as we thought she was, and seems to attract the wrong types of elements - but fits right in with them - Erotic, Paranormal/Supernatural, Splattergore, Dark Humor

Tantalize - A neighbor who really is a "nice guy" ends up becoming obsessed with his married female neighbor - Psychological, Rape, Horror, Stalking

Killstreme - (No longer available at Amazon in it's single story format) - when a guy who is obsessed with snuff films receives an invitation to star in one - Psychological, Horror/Splatter horror/Extreme Horror, Rape, Torture

Daddy Issues - an older man decides to get back in the saddle and goes out with a much younger girl he meets online - Erotic, Psychological, Incest Taboo

Necrosis - I didn’t really read that one in full, but skimmed it enough to get the themes - Horror, Psychological, Erotic, Paranormal/Supernatural, Splattergore

I love all these dark collection novellas in the 1st and 2nd book so I don’t have to search for them all. Havok keep writing because even if it’s intense off the wall gore and depravity, it’s well written. A lot of the KU content I see is hardly ever capturing their main characters with way more pages and I feel the readers get yours with way less pages. I love the writing style and I would love to see longer books or more stories. Thank you for the ride.

Rayne is a phenomenal storyteller! The one thing that bothered me was the frequent grammar and spelling mistakes. It distracted from the amazing stories here. Rayne is extremely talented and I cant wait to read more!
