I enjoyed going through this cookbook from Kindle Unlimited. The recipes look pretty easy, and I appreciated the other cooking/kitchen tips. There were a few photos, wish there were more.
This author emphasizes the use of whole food choices and portion control. The use of processed food is non existant. All the recipes are easily adaptable for use in Paleo and Keto lifestyles. I love the flavour combinations and the caloric/macro notes at the end of each recipes.💕
I tend to be very picky about cookbooks and this one checked all of my boxes. Simple recipes, no ingredients that left me scratching my head and wondering "what on earth are they talking about," color photographs for every recipe, and small portions so we aren't eating leftovers for days. I liked and used the Kindle version so much that I bought a hard copy to keep!
I've struggled with what to cook now that we've made several changes to our household: all the kids have moved out either permanently or for the school year, my husband has started travleing again, which means even smaller meals are required; plus we've decided to drastically reduce our consumption of red meat. Lots of delicious recipes in here, most of which are easily doubled when necessary. A great addition to a 1, 2, or 3 person household.
