Its beautifully ironic that the most comprehensive work on digital transformation is a book. I’ve come across enough self-proclaimed ‘experts’ through their videos & podcasts, and worked in the field a fair amount to know when an author is worth one’s salt.

Schwartzman has put together a very comprehensive and insightful all things digital 101. He covers a cross-functional analog to digital transformation via owned, shared, earned, and paid media (in that order respectively).

If you’re a beginner, treat this like your bible; and if an expert, then you will find some helpful tricks of the trade. Highly recommend reading it!
