In Les Ronces, we discover a set of prose pieces, with chosen words and a certain nostalgia for a past life so quickly gone, for Cécile Coulon who is only thirty years old.
The first part of the collection seemed to me lighter, more cheerful than the second, more melancholic.
There is plenty to eat and drink here. All the texts are not equal, some stanzas are beautiful flights of fancy, others seem a bit cheesy.
I will retain from this collection a very elegant choice of words and a word without equal, but texts a little (too much?) superficial.
I will read Les Ronces again. Four stars
-----------------------------------------
