Katie's Catch

Rate this book
Katie is a bomb-ass chemist/genealogist as intelligent as she is gorgeous.
Katie boycotts the creation of a potentially deadly medicine. Her decision starts the downward spiral that is her life but a headstrong woman never gives up. Katie gets help from an unexpected source...

Michael is a simple mechanic looking to make an extra couple of bucks. He joins a paid study on a new performance-enhancing drug. The side-effects are life-changing and not in a good way. That's not the worst part for Michael. As the study progresses his participation no longer becomes voluntary...

When Michael and Katie decide to work toward the same goal, they learn they're attraction for one another is as undeniable as they're clash in personalities.

Follow Katie in this Rollercoaster of a ride as she fights to salvage her career, save the tormented lives of unwilling test subjects and maybe find love along the way.

A real page turner

I couldn't go to sleep until I had finished reading this. It was so good. Michael way so sweet and I loved the developing relationship he and Katie had and their exciting adventure. Looking forward to continuing the rest of the series.

Looking forward to more

It started slow for me. I was glad I stuck with it because I knew it was leading up to something and it definitely did. Book two should be even more exciting and more suspenseful. And it had a love story thrown in, which is always a bonus.

I loved the voice in this. Each author has their own way of showing emotion, and I have to admit Ms. Ro's particular brand of authorship was delightful. Precise and clever.

Great!

This was a great start to what I know will be a great series. The character development was good and I enjoyed the plot.
