I applied to a job ad that turned out to be the total opposite of what I was expecting.
It was bad.
Aliens existed, and I was on a one way flight to be married to one. Being sent to an Alien Planet to marry an Alien guy sounded like the start of a nightmare.
I was the only one to feel cheated in this, the other women were happy. I didn’t want this, but I would rather live with these aliens than not live at all.
Who knew that I would actually meet my soul mate… only he was the wrong alien species and he was leaving me here.
This book is Reverse Harem. Sexy Aliens with four-arms and tails... what more could you want? This book is Part of a series world, it would be best to start at book 1 Luna Touched to understand the world better.
Belle has an addiction to reading, notebooks, coloured pens and mint chocolate. She lives in the beautiful Australian bush, surrounded by wildlife and the smell of eucalyptus trees. She also has a strong love for all 60’s music, believes she was born in the wrong era and should have been at Woodstock. If you would like to find out more about Belle, please come like and follow her Facebook Page or join her facebook group "Author Belle Harper Reading Group"
Se va a unos extremos que... WTF hermana.
**So first off if you got this book when it was released make sure you go to your content and click the available update. **
The Brides of Aashi are back and we have Jessica's story. I love this series and hope to get more of them. Now we have Jessica and if you remember her from the Luna's book you will remember she was quiet and crying when they got to the planet. We did not know why? But we do now. Jessica fell for a M'Mori K-Tem. Unfortunately she could not be with him and has to go a clan who were chosen to be her mates. She is not having that. She manages to make her way to Clan Wolf where she meets up with the other women. Now this is where it gets insane. K-Tem manages to find Jessica at Clan Wolf and he knows that she may have other mates. So he is prepared for it. Only the clan that she is suppose to go to is not wanting to give her up. Then we find out more information about the mines and what it is doing to the planet. Things get a bit scary but everyone faces it head on. Be prepared to have a few laughs and steamy moments. Also Belle is notorious for cliffy's so get ready for that. Now I have to wait for the next book to find out what happens. EEK it is going to be good!
Sweet Alien romance Heroine agrees to become an alien bride h moves to alien planet Aliens have matriarchal culture Communication barrier Reverse harem Good sexy scenes Some political issues Enjoyable read - Part of a series Ends on HFN and sets for following book perfect for binge read
3,5 stars for me I enjoyed Jessica's story, it was good to see her side and why she was so standoffish to the other girls on the ship. Her Chosen were such assholes, not feeding her, because she didn't want to mate them. These Aashi men were supposed to be deferential to women, what the hell happened to that? The Queens outcast the men that are too Alpha to listen to them, I think someone overlooked five huge Alpha-holes there ;) K'Tem was such a brave and good man. He left everything behind to find Jessica again. Tomlee and Koh were great, just like in earlier books. They are sweet and caring guys, being her friends, because she needed that, not mates, even though her scent made them horny all the time. I loved how their family came together, the guys truly loved their bonded brothers despite their differences.
Jessica's book is book 4 in the Brides of the Aashi and her story starts out shakily for her. Jessica popped up briefly in another book in this series and we found out why she was so upset on the ship arriving there at the start of this book. Whilst onboard she falls for K'Tem but he isnt one of the guys chosen for her and shes saddled with a group that not only did her head in but mine too. They just didnt take no for an answer. A new life with the other ladies from the previous books in Clan Wolf brought some fun and laughs as well as some more interested men. Its another good read in this series but tut, tut with that cliffhanger ending. I was like oh no you cant leave it like that...........?? Damn ive gotta wait for the next book now
Was this one shorter? This one felt so much shorter than the rest. Maybe that’s because the pacing was at light speed. In this book we get a ton of reveals I was not expecting. It almost felt like this book was the point in the series where the author realized she wanted an overarching plot, and just crammed everything in. As a result, Jessica’s romances are ‘blink and you’ll miss it’ fast. I actually ended up really liking Jessica as a character, but this book was just so choppy. It’s a shame too, cause her mates are probably my favorite males in the series so far.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jessica's Mates follows Jessica’s reluctant journey into an alien marriage, where she quickly realizes the gravity of her situation. As she navigates her new life with alien mates, Jessica grapples with her emotions, loneliness, and the unexpected arrival of her soul mate. This book delves into themes of acceptance and identity, providing emotional depth to the sci-fi romance. The growth in Jessica’s character and the development of her relationships make for a heartfelt and engaging read.
Finally my amazon has updated and the rest of the story has arrived. It was so worth the wait, but now I have to wait another month to get answers to more of my questions. How many? Where is he and what happened to him? Will the other clans listen? And will the newbies join clan wolf?
If you want these questions to make sense, go read Jessica's story and you can join the rest of us waiting for Elle.
Jessica’s Mates and s book four in the series Brides of the Aashi by author Belle Harper. Let me start by saying lord have mercy- spicy!! Ok, so this one is sweet and spicy. So Jessica’s character is a little standoffish - but she has her reasons. Makes you realize how much of a good person she really is. So some shady things are happening and everyone must leaving their new huts for some place more protected. But the best surprise is - kits!! Enjoy!!
Got about half way through the book and Chapter 20 content was just Chapter One repeated. So everything from that point on was literally a repeat of Chapters 1-19. Lots of typos and a few other cases of randomly repeating text. Super bummed. I like this series. Someone let me know when this is fixed!
I totally enjoyed this book from beginning to end. It moves along at an amazing pace making for a very enjoyable read. The characters are so real that you feel as though you know them and you want to be there for them no matter what is needed to be done in order for them to succeed. This book needs to be on your TBR list and I am looking forward to the next book in this series.
Throughly enjoyable addition to the Brides of the Aashi series. Jessica and her mates has a heck of an adventure ahead of them. This has a storyline that is overarching through the whole series but focuses of Jessica. I enjoyed the twists and surprises. There are several unanswered questions for the overarching plot, and I am very excited to read the next installment of the series.
I enjoyed the earlier books in this series but I couldn’t get past the first chapter of this one. There were several grammatical and punctuation errors and the writing was choppy and simplistic. It was as if a different person wrote this installment.
I really like this series, the world and the plot. Great that more infos came about the M'Mori. Jessica is cool too and I rarely like the heroines. Looking forward to Elle's book in May. Not long now.
It's an interesting take on the mate bonds for them to initiate the male needs to be touched by a female and the girls from earth all have difficulties figuring it out with their translator issues they each have.
this book in the series brings together more aliens and the threat of the M’mori closer and other turmoil. excellent writing and lots of good times and love
Omg babies in the brain LOL I can't wait to read about them, I do hope Belle will continue this series there are more girls arrived so yes please. I loved this series so much it's a fantastic stress reliever better than prozac 😅😜
