It is so great to have Allie Hayden back after a one year hiatus.
She returns with a great drama filled fake relationship romance between Molly and Carlyle both children of the two richest real estate tycoons in America.

She has lost her mother early on but his father is in a coma fighting for his life.

Because of her mother’s death her father is trying to help Molly find her happiness with a suitable man and does everything he can to introduce or simply through different men at her.
Molly gets so tired of this that she after meeting Carlyle again at a New Years party (They knew each other as kids) convinces him to sign a fake fiancé contract so she can get some peace.
What non of them expected was that they would become so involved with each other and their chemistry would be so consuming that they don’t know how to act around each other and keep the lies and the truth separated. And what happens when the families start to involve business into the mix will everything explode or will they be able to have their HEA?

I really liked the story and the plot and Molly and Carlyle was wonderful together. The meet-cute where they meet again was very funny and well she was a klutz and he was a real hero haha:)!
There was several I loved but unfortunately the ending for me was fare fetched and was wrapped up a little to fast for me.

There is steamy scenes but there is also fade to black scenes. Allie Hayden is in full control when it comes to writing steam Wowza and I have no problems when she fades to black because she gives us the full emotions in the scene before.

I can definitely recommend this book.

Can they stick to all the rules.....not likely!

Fake It is the story of Molly and Carlyle. When Molly is about to be forced to marry someone her father chooses she instead decides to do something a bit different to get out of it...get married to someone else. But with no boyfriend or prospects on the horizon she instead decides she needs to get "married" to her childhood friend Carlyle. They have a contract but soon all the rules are being broken and things are taking a lot of twists and turns that neither of them anticipated. But in the end they have their own HEA.
I have read a couple other books by Allie Hayden and I really enjoyed Fake It. It is a fast read with a solid story-line that at times makes you laugh out loud. I enjoyed this story and really loved the characters as they stumbled their way into a sweet and saucy HEA.

The Lengths It Took To Make It Real -
Carlyle is the ever typical playboy with no intention of ever settling down, that is until he meets the girl whom he lived next door to, when he was younger. Molly was ready to agree to her father marrying her off, so she tried to pull a fast one with the help of Carlyle, to fool her father. What was meant to be fake, started to change the more time the spent with each other, but an unfortunate incident nearly cost them their happily ever after.

This in a really enjoyable and intriguing book that will have you engrossed from the first sentence, right until the last word. I have read a few books from Allie Hayden and I truly enjoyed every single one, so I suggest you immediately add her to your must read authors list.

When Molly's parents are forcing her to marry someone she doesn;t know or want she decides to do something drastic. She marries her best friend Carlyle but they do so with some ground rules. She wants to be safe from being forced to marry but doesn;t want to lose her friendship. However what she didn;t count on was the feelings she would develope hile being with him so much. Carlyle has never been one to settle down but as things between him and Molly progress he is suddenly changing his mind. Can this turn into something more between them? Will her parents try to cause problems?

This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Molly and Carlyle were childhood friends, but she hasn’t seen him in years. He appears back into her life just at the opportune time for her. Her father has chosen a husband for her that she does not want to marry, so she persuades Carlyle to act as her fake fiance, with rules, of course. But, it doesn’t work out quite like she planned. This is a fun, quick read. I really enjoyed their journey to their hea. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author and this is my honest review

Starting the story off with a bang. I love them as a couple, they just fit. I’m glad that Molly finds her voice, stands up for herself an goes about this unusual “contract”. Getting back together with the boy next door and all the ups and downs they have to face was great. I’m glad they finally made they’re way back to each other. I loved all the other supporting characters I really hope that you write more in this world I would love to see Molly’s brothers find there other half!

The position Molly found herself in because of her dad's excessive matchmaking led to a hot mess on the express train! Carlyle to the rescue until the rug was pulled from under him with life-changing events. Both of them had family matters that needed resolving, and where his is mending, hers is rending!! The ending was a little wonky and rushed in my opinion and I wanted to see Zander pay for being underhanded in the way he chose to do shady business.

Molly wants to beat her dad at getting her own ‘husband’ (he want make to lick for her). So she gets her childhood friend Carlyle to help her out...contract and all. But when does a contracted fake fiancé or marriage ever be simple and straightforward? Welp never lol and this one is no different. Will daddy believe them or use Carlyle to get what he wants? Loved the characters so believable.

Molly is fed up with her dad trying to find her the perfect husband and when she meets Carlyle at a party, she convinces him to sign up as her fake fiancé. These two were friends as children, and the chemistry between them now in intense and undeniable. This is a well written fun and quick read, with drama, lies, emotions, and love, which all leads to an intriguing and all-consuming page turner. I look forward to reading more form this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

I really wanted to like this....

Unfortunately, I found the story tedious, and I struggled to stay engaged.
Carlyle and Molly seemed really immature, especially considering Molly's 27th birthday is held early in the story.
For me, the story didn't really gel, and I felt like I was reading an amalgamation of snippets from other stories that were picked out and dumped together.
Not for me.

I could not connect with this story. For me I need SOMETHING I can relate with in the characters. I just couldn't seem to find that magic something in this one. Although the characters did have personal issues going on I found them quite shallow which I think made it harder for me to connect.

They might have started out faking it, but...
A lovely light read. I won't go into the story itself as it's already been detailed in the blurb & reviews but it was a fake arrangement that they didn't need to fake for long. Great dialogue, sexy & fun. I received an arc & this is my honest & voluntary review.

I'm not a huge fan of fake romances as it doesn't seem to have much in the way of surprises. They plan it, execute it, and then it all falls apart.
But this was a good read and I liked both main characters. Not a bad way to spend some time and we get to see them go get their HEA!

The author has pulled us into the lives of Molly and Carlyle and never lets go. She wants to thwart the plans her father has to marry her off so she convinces Carlyle to get into a fake relationship with her. However, things do not go as smoothly as she had hoped.

Molly and Carlyle grew up next door to each other but lost touch over the years. When Carlyle “saves” Molly on New Year’s Eve, Molly hatches a plan to get her dad off her back about getting married. I really enjoyed this book and couldn’t put it down.

I liked Carlyle. I'm not sure about Molly. I had sone questions about some of the details of the book and felt it ended abruptly. However, the overall story was good.
