Nadine Taylor's book was a lovely surprise. I expected it to read like a magazine article or medical website, but I wanted to learn about the health benefits of drinking green tea. From the first page I was intrigued. The author researched her topic extensively and brought this book to life with fascinating history, quotes, and her delightful writing style. It is a very organized and enjoyable read. For years I have been an herbal tea drinker but I never drank green tea. Now I'm excited to order some loose leaf green tea and begin drinking it daily. I wrote notes and decided which teas I want to buy. Also, the best way to brew it. There is a wealth of interesting information in this book. I highly recommend it. I also think it would make a wonderful gift.
