When Faith gets kidnapped by a group of goons while walking to her car, she is forced, brutally to remember who she is-and it’s not the suburban wife and mother she’s been pretending to be, but Achilleía, the daughter of one of the most ruthless killers and drug dealers in New York City, who went missing and was presumed dead years prior. WTF! What. The. Actual. F**k?! <<< My feelings towards the ending and that there's no book 2 😑

But in general, I picked up this book because I was in the mood for some urban-hood-fiction. Being that this was under 300 pages, I could've finished this in one sitting, but I didn't. It was not the books fault; just life and other hobbies.

If you're into...
-Badass FMC's running the town and kicking ass wherever they go
-Thugs in love
-Action scenes involving lots of violence and gore
-Characters with "amnesia" backtracking to find themselves

...Then give this one a chance. 👌🏾 I'm surprised there's only one rating so far.

My ONLY Cons:
- This book could've benefitted from an editor. There were too many mistakes for my liking. My brain kept trying to put things together because words were missing or added when they didn't need to be

I wouldn't consider this a con, but throughout this whole book, you can't trust ANYONE! A book mostly full of liars, cheaters, and backstabbers. I tend to like to have one person to root for, but that's ok. I enjoyed myself. I just wish the author didn't leave us on a cliffhanger with no book 2 in sight!
