A lot of recipes

I have often heard that a low carb/ high fat diet is hard to stick to because there’s not enough variety. You get sick of eggs and meat. I think this book may help solve that problem with over 1700 recipes to choose from

Good Book

Many delicious and healthy recipes to try. Really looking forward to making some of these to help my family start eating healthier.
