I really did like this book. I wanted to read something as a refresher for the new school year. It gives a lot of insight that you could bring to your school inside of your classroom as well as being a leader within your school.

Great intro book for coaching that has simplified protocols for meetings, assessment, problem solving.
The overlap between chapters allows for the information to stick.
