This story, or rather beginning of one, flashed before me in a blink. I was so engrossed in what was happening that I didn’t even see the percentage increasing on my kindle as I read and then there were no more words!! *cries* Thank goodness I only have to wait a few weeks for this journey to continue because I am riveted!

There is less than zero about the plot that I will give away to you right now, but I will say that Esther delivered in every aspect I have learned to love about her stories! This is an action-packed, chaotic, what is even happening right now?, ridiculously well thought out storyline that I cannot wait to get deeper into! I've read a few books by Ester already and have even more waiting in the wings from her backlist and she is fast becoming an author I am willing to stalk. Do with that info what you will :) but also do the thing right now ...

I'm... Well... I mean, there's so much going on, I'm still processing it. And all those happenings made me feel kaleidoscope of emotions.
I love Windsor and Linettene. Though now I'm not sure about Windsor, with the way it ended. He may have reasons, but that was... A blow.
Like wtf is going on? I can't wait to start second book.

What a ride

Fast paced, drama, explosions and a couple with conflicting agendas caught in the middle.

Windsor is a self-made billionaire, whereas Linnette is MC royalty. They meet by chance, but he soon becomes something else that Linnette is willing to fight against her family for.

But can they win the fight......

When two worlds literally collide together! Wow just wow I’m still processing this book because it was that good, top favorite book of Esther. I felt every emotion from pure joy/happiness to bone crushing heart ache. Windsor and Linnette collide together and felt that instant pull to each other. Windsor is a billionaire who cares about the ones he loves and trying to be as far away from his past. Linnette is Deeds and Lip’s youngest daughter who also works for Broken Deeds MC. These two lives interlock in more ways then one once they meet. Linnette definitely has Lip’s mouth and takes no crap from anyone standing her ground. There is so much going on in this book with Windsor and Linnette trying to build a relationship of trust to action packed chaos to heart ache. I was not a fan of Spense at first but after that ending I’m not sure how I feel about Windsor. I understand where he was coming from but boy did he mess up big time!! This is just part one of this trilogy and I’m dying for the rest of their story.

Great book but...

This book i could not put down. But it ends in a cliffhanger. I was shocked because Ms. Schmidt does not do cliffhangers like this so I was shocked. But the good news for me is I was on another series with a different author so when I finished that and went to this book I went to see when the next book came out to this series and it comes tomorrow. So I lucked out. But then for the 3rd book I have to wait a month sigh.
The H in this book is not like her other books. He is not a super alpha, bad ass man but a very sweet man that cares for others especially his mom. I have a feeling he will turn more alpha through because he has too because of were this book is going but it kinda sucks. I thought it was funny about being her old man to her and thought for a second true she is alpha lol but then remembered it's a MC term and she is his old lady also.
Did they do or will they do a check to make sure her best friend was really her in that car. Because the H was waking away and didn't turn back when entering the store so who knows. Could be a cool twist. Exchange her for a dead body. But probably not.
I hope his father gets his ass kicked in the coming books what a jerk.
The connection between the two Has is great can't wait for the next book.

I can't wait for what's in store for this couple! Lynette is just as fiesty as her momma! And he's as protective as her daddy! Sparks are going to fly and things are going to explode with them! Things are going to explode when and MC, a kingdom and the mafia collide!

Not one my favorite series’s..

This is book one of a series. It starts with the meeting of Windsor and Linette (Lynn and Deeds daughter). The story revolves around Windsor who is a member of a crime family in another country, and we soon find that he is heir to the throne.

The story seems interesting and it includes the normal boy meets girl, likes girl, etc..but then we throw in the mafia is trying to force Windsor to do their bidding. Windsor didn’t know he was heir to a throne in the first place, there’s a hit out on Linette. There was so much information and so many twists and turns, there were small things that kept getting lost, and the flow made it hard to keep up with all of the players.

Let’s see what book 2 brings.

However, her loyalty and dedication to her twin and her career are threatening to bring down the crushing feeling all over again. While on vacation, she knows she has to make some hard decisions. But one happens by accident and she is suddenly feeling like she might just have a bit of a reprieve after all in the form of a devastatingly handsome stranger.

Their two worlds crash and collide unexpectedly in the most unusual way. Secrets that were held close to the chest are suddenly thrown into the light. Where one side is blindsided by some truths, the other side is the one that is blowing it up. As they try to navigate through the mess, tragedies happen, the past shows up at their doorstep and ties will be tested.

This may be the beginning of the trilogy, but there's so much more I need to know!!! Like, I just want the next two books RIGHT NOW! I can't wait to see where things pick up and get some damn answers! This is for sure a bit different for Esther, writing-wise and I have to say, it's a hit! I love the difference and the action and everything in this book. Bring on the next one!

Oh My Goodness. What an amazing start to this thrilling Trio where Billionaire meets MC Life meets Mafia meets Royalty (I mean what else could you ask for). Like many others, I literally couldn’t put the book down. It held me captive from the start to the last page. The author has given us a well written, suspenseful romance that left me breathless.

Linnette is a biker princess from the Broken Deeds MC. She works undercover for her brother solving cases the government hands them - knowing they will get them done. But what happens when her new assignment happens to be a guy she met the day before causing an instant spark and resulting in an upcoming date. Is this guy who seemed to be perfect and totally sincere honestly be the person in the folder her brother just handed her? Or is something else at work here. She wants nothing to do with the case but her brother forces her hand. Can she prove Windsor’s and his two best friends and business partners innocence or is Windsor really who they say he is.

The book is non-stop thrills and suspense and this reader can’t wait to find out what happens in book two (book one ends in a little bit of a cliffie but lucking book 2 is on its way in a couple weeks).

This is the first book in a new series by Esther. Once again, I couldn’t put it down once I started. This book brings more of the next generation of Broken Deeds in plus connects to billionaires and the mafia plus some royalty. Sometimes love comes out of nowhere and basically runs right into you. Linnette has just finished an assignment and is on her down time before the next one. Windsor is a self-made billionaire. He has family that are mafia but has nothing do to with them anymore. The two literally run into each other. Once chance meeting is going to change so much for both of them. Windsor is the focus of a case Linnette’s brother has taken and wants her to be lead on. Windsor’s family may not be as done with him as he is with them. The two will have to make some difficult decisions. This book does end on a cliffhanger, so be prepared for that. I can’t wait to read the next book. Linnette is an amazing woman who takes no crap. Things with Windsor are going so well after a rocky start. Windsor’s world is about to be turned upside down in more ways than one. Meeting and falling for Linnette is amazing but there are outside forces that have their own motives. This was a fantastic start to the trilogy. Another amazing book Esther.

First things first; I really like the cover of this book!
For one chance is the first book in the ‘’Ryckerdan’’ trilogy.
This story is short, fast/mixed paced and action packed. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Windsor is a mafia boss and businessman. He hasn’t got time to be meeting women. When he litrally runs into Linnette, sparks fly but from different backgrounds, what will happen? When Linnette meets Windsor, sparks fly. What she doesn’t expect is for him to be her next assignment. Windsor wants Linnette as soon as he meets her. With someone from his past re surfacing, will he be able to keep her safe?
The chemistry between Windsor and Linnette is clear to see and I liked them together.
I have to admit, I really disliked Spence for the majority of this story.
My heart hurt for Linnette over the Wella incident.
I really liked the ending of this book!
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for the next book!

I was so excited to dive into this first book in the trilogy and boy! What a read. This is edgy, full of twists and excitement. Lots of suspense and fantastic characters. I really enjoyed how feisty Linnette is, not afraid to stand her ground or make demands. There is a shock element and for once a cliff hanger I loved that left a lump in my throat. This book made me fèel so many emotions from giddy smiles to anger, love to pain. I was fully invested in Windsor and Linnette and despite all the obstacles in their way I have faith the author will work things out along the line, I do think it won't be straight forward though.It is a fast paced read and one you won't want to put down. It is a duet but I believe both books will release close together so no long wait I can't reccomend Esther highly enough, she amazes me with her diversity and range of writing, has never let me down as a reader, she is an instant one click for me. Where do I start?
For One Chance is book 1 in a new series called The Ryckerdan Trilogy written by the talented author Esther E. Schmidt. In this installment we get to meet the protagonist of the story; Windsor Dellaroys, a good-looking man, self made billionaire that cares for the ones he love like his Mother and 2 best friends & Linnette Lawson a biker princess, Deeds and Lip’s youngest daughter who also works undercover for Broken Deeds MC , New Jersey chapter. What else could you ask for? Windsor and Linny meet by chance and fate throws them together again. The chemistry between this two is hot and undeniable. In this story line full of action, mystery, suspense, danger, family banter, lots of emotions, secrets and love. 2 worlds collide together, a royal romance trilogy set in a biker world where mafia collides with justice. I really wanted to kick Linnette's brother Spence for been such a jerk. A MUST READ!!! I can't wait to start reading the second book.

Oh. My. Days! Where do I start?!! This book truly consumed me. From the first page and I was introduced to Windsor, I was trying to get one step ahead to see where this was going!
Windsor quite literally bumps into Linnette in the street and from the get-go their connection is palpable. And Lord above their banter! I laughed out so loud. She is her mother's daughter (but with less crazy!).
And then........Holy moly!!! The twists and turns threw me seven ways Sunday, along with my emotions! I have laughed, I have cried, I have feared for the life of my kindle!! This author ROCKS!!!! And I cannot wait for book two!!
In other news, I really wanted to throat punch Spence when I first met him and that ending?!!! Let's say I really wanted to drop kick a certain someone, but you will have to read it who and why!!! Go!!! Add it to your tbr!!

Well f... me. What did I just read? What was this? I am stunned.. I am just sitting here staring at my cat. He looks back at me and probably wondering what is wrong with me.. I did not expect this. Wow. I need a cigg, a drink and a nap. I keep repeating myself but this is now my favorite book. Of all time. And for all of you who read my reviews (all 1 of you) know that Petros is my one. But sorry you are now replaced. Fantastic. I usually hate cliffhangers and I still do but with Esther you do not have to wait for long for the next one. But if you are reading this Esther I would not hate if you just gave me book two. I won’t tell anyone. Promise 🤞. I won’t spoil anything but I will tell you all this, you will laugh, swoon, kick something and have the ride of your life. What more could you possibly need.

Windsor & Linnette were amazing MCs, and I honestly didn't have beef with either of them to be honest. They literally run into each other, and the sparks are flying so they definitely had to explore it. As things are developing slowly (he wanted to do it right), her arrogant brother has her on a job to actually look into him despite the fact that she kept telling her brother that she was compromised. Things are still progressing, and she decides she can't keep everything from him anymore (there was still a big fact that her hands are tied on), and after she is as upfront as she can be, things take a very dangerous turn so everything is now amped up leading to a cliffy which really upset me to be honest, and I hope I'm just overreacting because Linnette is an amazing girl. Now the wait begins as I die inside, so I'll just end this review with HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDING TO ALL!

This is a great start for a new trilogy from the Broken Deeds MC. The characters meet accidentally and have a strong magnetic pull to each other.when Linnette is asked to take on a new case, she doesn’t want to but isn’t given a choice.
Winston is a self made man, who cares for his family(his Mother, and 2 best friends). When he keeps running into Linnette, he is a little bit concerned, thinking she’s after his money and not him. Personally.
\when tragedy strikes., it is learned that Linnette was the one targeted, because of Winston.
They fight to be together, but when danger is targeting them, Winston, pulls away to keep Linnette safe.
This is interesting and i can not wait for Book 2 of this set.

I could not put it down , what a amazing start to what looks to be a phenomenal trilogy .I completely fell in love with both Linnette and Windsor .This is a book that Is full of so much emotion, from joy , to happiness to many heartbreaking moments .The moment these two meet the pull between them / gravitation towards one another is almost to much to deny .I loved watching their relationship develop throughout the entirety of the book.Things are not always easy for them , their are many obstacles they must work though to be together .But it is so clear and apparent , that the feelings they have. For one another will get them though it . I absolutely loved this book so much .

Finished this book a few days ago, I've had to take a break just so I cou process what I read! To say this book is great does not do it justice. It's more than that it's simply fantastic. Totally epic!
Windsor is a self made billionaire, he's made his way to the top . He's definitely alpha male with a kind heart, especially when it comes to those he cares for.
Linnette works for her brother, both are Broken Deeds MC siblings. She's smart and well so freaking awesome 😎. This book will take a hold of you and not let go . I fell in love with Windsor up until the very end! Errrr .... I want to say so much more but I don't want to give anything away. I am freaking stoked for book 2!!!!!

This is the 1st book in a new trilogy and is Windsor and Linnete’s story. Linnetts is a biker princess who is a special agent training to solve criminal cases, and they meet when he knocks into her. I was not sure how to feel about Windsor especially after the cliffhanger, which has left me eager for the next book. This is a well written fast paced story, which is action packed, and is an emotional roller coaster, with twists, intrigue, heartbreak, witty banter, humor, which all leads to an entertaining and thrilling page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

What an amazing start to this new trilogy. Linnette is Deeds & Lip's youngest daughter who works undercover cases with her older brother Spence & Broken Deeds MC. Windsor is a self made billionaire. One chance meeting and an instant attraction has their worlds colliding. Once they collide it will have you turning the pages to see what happens next. It's full of bikers, billionaires, the mafia and royalty. The drama, heartbreak, suspense and twist & turns will take you on an emotional rollercoaster till the very end. This does end on cliffhanger. I can't wait for the next book to see where the story will takes us!

Esther E. Schmidt did a wonderful job on For One Chance, the plot was strong and written well, it was packed with so many emotions. I couldn't put the book downs, it was a strong start to this trilogy. The characters were strong, I'm looking forward to reading more of their journeys.
Windsor and Linnette were fierce, they were well matched, their connection was strong, they were drawn to each other, their chemistry was off the charts, it was steamy, they were made for each other. Their journey may not have been an easy one but they were fighters and they were good together.
This was a great story. I'd recommend reading it.
