Definitely learned a few things I've always been a bit confused regarding how Bitcoin works. I have several friends that rave about it, but I've always been skeptical. I'm skeptical even after reading this book, but I appreciate how the language was geared for non-technical people, eliminating mathematical formulas and tech jargon.
I found it interesting to learn that if you lose your key for a transaction then that money is gone. It is also stated that its recommended to have a mix of offline storage and online storage of bitcoin. It is stressed that it is not so simple as simply resetting a password to access your bitcoin wallet, and that to me is scary.
I bought this book looking for some guidance in my retirement years. What I got was a book filled with all types of financial escapades. A great book for folks smarter than me!
