My Mom was a huge fan of Ram Dass, She always had his picture in the kitchen, and a quote or two of his around the house. In turn i became a fan though not as well read as she, i do own most of his books because of her.
This book is mostly quotations and some teachings, I when the mood hits open it up and read that chapter, and i feel closer to my Mom who passed in 2019. And I get some wisdom. I am pretty sure this book will be read again and again as needed.

Easily 5 stars, I just loved his Gaia series featuring a lot of this more. But so many insightful sections that truly inspire you to live in the now and enjoy all the moments.
