3 books17 followersI love sunsets on the beach, bad boys, good girls, and wickedly emotional storytelling. Angst pairs well with a nice glass of Rosé. I hate surprises in real life, but in my reading material, it’s mandatory. I’m a fierce animal lover, always root for the underdog, and try to dance out my problems whenever they crop up. I tend to immerse myself into my character’s world to the point that it’s not me writing the story, but them. I love to travel and hope to one day retire on a beach somewhere, so I can drink mimosas and pen dirty love stories full time.

Oh wow, this book went places that I definitely did not expect it to go. I expected this to be a typical sweet second chance romance with the man doing something idiotic that would require some groveling & make up before the HEA. This book has so many lawyers going on with the story.
Tatum & Trysten went on one horrible date in collage before Tatum married Trystan's best friend. Hop forward years later & Tatum is looking to divorce her husband for his cheating ways. What follows is multidimensional journey between these two. Tatum & Trysten have great chemistry & a very realistic display of the issues that a couple can go through together. On top of that there are multiple outside forces that are trying to keep these two apart.
This book is definitely a ride.

Never Until You is filled with so many things - angst, heartbreak, heat, love, second chances. I don’t even know where to start. It’s about finding hope after divorce, finding life after death and grabbing it with both hands. Never Until You made me smile so big my mouth hurt. I wanted to cry at the plot twist and to be honest, I almost put down the book thinking I couldn’t go on. But… then I did and man am I glad I continued reading because the ending was perfect.
A dash of suspense, a little angst, a little heartbreak, and a whole lotta love! This book is everything you want in a great read!

Wow, what an amazing love story! Lots of twists and turns, angst, drama, steaming hot sex, romance, heartache and more. Ms. Morgan has created some wonderful characters that fit well with one another.
Tatum is beautiful, intelligent, and somewhat nerdy & bookish as well as naive and shy around men. Trysten is only the second guy to take her on a date but unfortunately he is a major player and jerk (to put it nicely). No wonder she fell in love and married the next guy she met.
Trysten eventually grows up and cleans up his act. He’s madly in love with Tatum and now that she is available he wastes no time admitting what he wants. I feel he has a tendency to be controlling at times, but it’s really him trying to communicate his feelings. He’s very sweet, romantic, and thoughtful now that he’s no long a player and I love how he takes care of Tatum.
Then there’s Tatum’s best friend and literary agent Penny. She is full of life, sassy, and not afraid to tell you how it is. I enjoyed the short story at the end of this book and am hoping it turns into her getting to tell her own story.
I’m not going into detail about the plot, it would ruin your experience, just know that there is an element of mystery, there are lies, and traumatic events including physical abuse. I found the book to be exciting as I could not easily figure out the twists and turns. This is truly a unique story and is told entirely by Tatum’s point of view. This is the first book by Ms. Morgan that I have read and am looking forward to reading more.

First of all I’m still in shock, I didn’t expect this story to took the turn that it did. It’s really mind blowing the things that happened probably because I was also not expecting it. I read the first chapter before getting the Arc and if you’ve read the first chapter, never in a million years would you think what type of things happens in this story.
For a debut novel it is really an amazing work.
Now let’s talk about the characters.
Tristan 😍, well he is a playboy in the first chapter and the way that he behaves towards our heroine, Tatum, is sort of not how I want a hero to be but at the same time I do if you know what I mean. I was not expecting this caring, swoon worthy hero at all!
Tatum is naive which could be a good thing or a bad thing. Either way I liked spending time in her head specially since she is a writer and she speaks what’s on her mind sometimes aloud which was funny and also I can relate 😅.
Penny, Tatum’s best friend, is everything that I want in a best friend. She has no filter, she kicks ass and she isn’t afraid of procreation someone she holds dear.
Tristan and Tatum went through a lot, physically, mentally and emotionally and may have shed a tear or two which is rare for me but I loved their story and I hope Penny has her own book soon.
This book definitely has elements of dark romance and a trigger warning being infertility issues but it’s not like what you may be thinking.
Over all this book has exceeded my expectations and I’m so glad I found this author. I’m gonna continuing reading her books for sure.

May 6, 2021I think this was one of the hardest and easiest stories to write. Personally, Trysten James kept surprising me and don't even get me started on Penny Li! Those two would have destroyed all my mental faculties if not for Tatum...
This is my review of the process of creating Never Until You-
The harder I tried to shape this story into what I thought it should be the more it defied me. Eventually, I had to submit to its will and let it take the shape it was always meant to be. It surprised me as much as readers. All those parts where you can't help but tear up and/or cry I did too! I have a confession to make, I've never been more jealous of a character than I am of Tatum. Because she gets Tysten James all to herself! That man had me swooning so hard I still have the carpet burns on my knees from when my legs gave out. The things that come out of his sexy mouth! There's this thing, it's like writer burn out and the best wisdom is to stop writing while you still have some stuff to say. It makes it easier to pick up where you left off the next time you sit down to write. But I couldn't stop writing this story once I started. It consumed and took over everything to the point if I wasn't writing it I was thinking about it nonstop. It really was like I channeled Tatum or she channeled me, I'm not sure lol. Anyway, the story got finished! Keeping it a single POV made it difficult to write, but I think it's the only way I could have told this story. If we were privy to Trysten's thoughts then Tatum's doubts about him wouldn't hold water. It actually made it easier to create the mystery aspect of the story. We know what Tatum knows, and only that. Her suspicions are ours as we read it. It creates a deeper reading experience and that was my goal. Anyway, I hope readers enjoy Trysten & Tatum's love story as much as I enjoyed writing it! Until next time, keep your thoughts dirty good!:)💖London💖

Tatum and Trysten's story is full of angst, heartbreak, romance, and steam. Tatum is labeled a "prude" but is really more of woman who likes to have control. She becomes a writer and translates that control to her characters' stories. Unfortunately, she chooses the wrong guy and wastes years in an unfulfilling and empty marriage. Once she has had enough of her failed marriage and decides to end it, she learns of Trysten's real feelings for her. And he sweeps her up in a turbulent, whirlwind romance that is riddled with challenges and trials. The characters pull so many emotions out of readers within the pages of this book, and I can admit that part of the story had me crying for Tatum's heartbreak. Readers will experience the ups and downs along with Tatum as her story unfolds into something beautiful and real. Looking forward to the next book by London Morgan.

Trystan starts off being an A grade douche that I thought we’d never hear from again, turns out he’s right up there with the best book boyfriends there are. Tatum and Trystan start off badly after a disastrous first date, enter Ethan, Trystans best mate. 10 years pass until they get their chance and boy do they steam up the pages. This book has everything you could want in a story, suspense, stalkers, evil ex’s and steamy scenes to melt the pages, with a HEA that is well deserved. Can’t wait to read Penny’s story, love this authors writing.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Tatum and Trysten get a second chance at love together. Their first meeting years ago did not go so well. Now they are both single and he plans to convince her that he is the perfect man for her. He regrets blowing it the first time with her. Tatum had a bad marriage she is trying to get past. She has had plenty of heartache and drama since she saw him last. Their story is emotional, sweet and steamy. I thought that it was easy to connect with the characters and the new chance they have.

Tatum had me alternately crying and cheering for her, but always rooting for her HEA. The drama was intense at times and the story development was incredibly well done. Oh my heart! This book! Never Until You by London Morgan has taken me captive on a magical roller coaster ride of emotions and feels! I laughed, cried, snorted (I am not ashamed to admit this), said oh, and cried like a man whose football team lost!
What I love about this author is how she sets the scene quickly and imparts information at the right time. The action is well written and in a fast pace set by the author it draws you in making it flow easily into the next chapter. The characters are strong and the back stories are solid. I just loved this book so much and can't wait to read the next book!

Why did I not read this sooner?!
Tatum had me rooting for her from the start, the woman who supposedly had her sh!t together finally becoming free and getting the happiness she deserves, not before having to overcome some crazy hurdles!! I couldn't put this down once I started and I finished it in one sitting. Incredible characters, incredible writing and I finished the book crying. I can't wait to read Penny's book and find out all about her!!

A new author to me and I thought this was a well written and beautifully crafted story. The characters were fascinating in this story. They almost seemed real as the scenes played out. It was a wonderfully engaging romance that had me hooked from the beginning.

The book is a good romance read. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry.
